XML and OpenDocument Format standards and their use in practice
Pluhař, Marek ; Halbich, Čestmír (advisor) ; Pavlík, Jan (referee)
The bachelor thesis deals with XML and OpenDocument Format. The entire work is divided into theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part is divided into two separate sections. The first is devoted to the description of the XML format. The second is related to the OpenDocument Format. The work clearly explains the issues of studied topics. The practical part is also divided into two sections. The first one is devoted to the use of XML and the second to creation of ODF macro. In the XML area was done converting XML file into HTML output using XSLT. In the ODF area was created ODF macro, which exports file in program Calc into PDF format. The practical part verified knowledge gained in the theoretical part and allowed to fulfill the both practical aims.
Software Architecture for Flow Based Monitoring Probe
Špringl, Petr ; Kořenek, Jan (referee) ; Martínek, Tomáš (advisor)
This thesis deals with design and implementation of software architecture for Flexible FlowMon probe, accessories for monitoring high speed computer networks based on IP flows. The probe has been developed in project named Liberouter. There is described flow based monitoring and export formats NetFlow version 5, NetFlow version 9 and IPIFX, which are very widely used. The thesis contains description of hardware part of Flexible FlowMon probe including its requirements for software, which are the base of the whole software architecture. There is detailed description of that part of software architecture which was implemented during the work on this thesis.
DICOM protocol analysis and its utilisation in image signal processing
Valouch, Lukáš ; Přinosil, Jiří (referee) ; Šmirg, Ondřej (advisor)
This Bachelor thesis describes DICOM which is a summary of standards for handling, storing and transmitting information in medical imaging. This standard is developed by organizations ACR and NEMA, it is very large file and it contains 18 of documents which are an actual version of this norm. The last norm was got out in 2008. The most important part of this format of date and files is data image processing so called off-line communication. It follows description of implemented application in C, C++ languages by the help of Imebra library. This Imebra library is free in terms of license of GNU GPL. The resultant program is standard of DICOM from, which is described above. This program is concerned with imaging of 16 bits of dept on 8 bits of dept of display devices, for example common computer displays. This application is able to display several layers of DICOM’s pictures. Each of layers contains separated bites which are presented by importance of levels.
Friction and air feeders for paper sheets
Svoboda, Ondřej ; Košťál, David (referee) ; Brandejs, Jan (advisor)
The thesis is focused on summarizing the evidence on the issue of paper sheets feeding at the final processing of documents. The thesis includes dividing of paper feeders, their characterization, and description of friction and air feeders, which are most widespread. As a model for the description methods of sheets feeding were used machinery CFM 700 and GPM 540A of Cyklos company. The thesis also compares friction and air feeding from the constructional point of view. The conclusion focuses on the new methods in the paper feeding in future.
