This thesis deals with the general principle of technology as a partial freight logistics center services ČSAD Hodonín, as The paper first lists and describes the activities related to the operation of logistics centers, which are further supplemented by an analysis of the operation, focusing on the loading, unloading and transfer batches of different manufacturing companies. This thesis is further supplemented by a theoretical approach with potential applications in the actual operation. The result is then draft general technological progress in the transportation of goods from the factory to the logistics center using its own freight.

The last part is divided into two parts, one part describes designed information system using data ant functional modeling and the second part shows the design of user interface.

Assessment of the difference between the usual price and the observed price estimation of family houses in Blansko

The thesis deals with the issue of assessing the differences in the determination of the usual price and the ascertained price of family houses under the legislation effective from 1 January 2021. The aim of the thesis is to identify and clarify the differences between the usual price and the ascertained price. The differences are examined on a model family house located in the town of Blansko. First, an analysis of the real estate market in the selected location is carried out. A database of comparable family houses that were sold in the years 2021, 2022 and in the part of the year until May 2023 is made. Using these comparison properties, the usual price is determined by comparison. The price ascertained is based on current legislation. The results are evaluated, and the differences identified. A flow chart is drawn up to illustrate the differences in the procedure.

Making Production Concept for the Planning of the Production Process

This thesis responds to the need of the company ILLKO, s.r.o. to develop and unify the decision-making process for cases when there is a customer request for a special or extraordinary type of product. In the thesis, the business area of the company, supplier and customer spectrum are described as well as a summary of the company’s capacity and capabilities. The output is a formalized decision-making process reflecting both theoretical knowledge based on the academic bibliography and long-term approved experience gained from the business practice. This process is clearly illustrated in schematic flow charts which are described in detail in corresponding chapters. The developed methodological procedure will help the top management of the company to facilitate, automate and improve future decision-making on the specific customer requirements.
