This bachelor´s thesis compares various ways of debt collection and assignment of debts to give the most effective way for concrete company. It gives a summary of process of debt collection and ways of assignment of debts. At the conclusion, the most effective way of debt collection is proposed.
The Effect of the Advertising in an Auction Company

In the framework of public auctions the auction-companies work, which on the one hand face the problem of realizing the public auction from the point of view of marketing, on the other hand, at the same time, they try to be visible in the relationship the auctioneer and the auction proposer. It is a closed cycle whose task is to strengthen the marketing potential and, at the same time to increase the financial profit of the firm. The aim of this diplom thesis is focused on the advertising acivities of a smalll auction company, which at present is not very effective. This auction company has been lately rather successful and has proved its vitality, on the contrary, its profits in the form af the auctioneer´s rewards have started to stagnate. One of the reasons may be its lack of financial means which might have been released for the purpose of advertising. That is why, the aim of this diploma thesis is to avaluate the present advertising activities of an auction company. The positive and negative working of a concrete auctioneer in the public auctions market is going to be specified by help of single cases. The aim is also the identifying of the elementary mistakes giving evidences of bad advertising activities of the company. In the conclusion some recommendations concerning advertising activities are defined; their task is to enable small auction companies to make themselves more visible in the public auctions market.

This bachelor work focuses on the issue of security and the recovery of claims after their due date. The theoretical part concerns the creation of claims, their security, statutes of limitations and liquidation. The main part aims to clarify the essence of extra-judicial and judicial recoveries of claims. These claims are seen from the accounting, tax and economic perspective. The analytical part characterizes the selected business subject and features analysis of current securities and recoveries of claims after their due date. The final part of this work includes the most suitable arrangements for increasing the efficiency of methods of recovering claims and suggestions for improving their security.

The issue of tax and judicial enforcement includes legal, tax and judicial aspects, which are interconnected by law. In practice, this is a relatively complex and common issue in the Czech Republic, although it is not commonly discussed. It is always necessary to consider the possibilities and aspects involved in the issue. This bachelor's thesis can serve the reader as a summary view of the issue of foreclosures, where the reader will also learn the differences between tax and judicial execution and their possible solutions, but above all recommendations on how to prevent execution.

The diploma thesis contains an evaluation of the economic situation in the Czech Republic as seen by the public and an evaluation of the income of their own household. For this purpose, data obtained from surveys of the non-profit institute STEM and data of the Czech Statistical Office were used. This is followed by a section on debt, why people are indebted, what are the reasons why they are unable or unwilling to repay. Another part of the work is devoted to ethical insight. The following part is devoted to psychological impacts having a significant impact on human health and factors supporting health and resistance. The last part is devoted to the impacts of social and social assistance. I relied on scientific literature and related electronic resources.

Protection and defence of the debtor in execution and in judicial enforcement of judgement Abstract This master's thesis focuses on the protection and defence of the debtor in execution and in judicial enforcement of judgement. It aims to provide a comprehensive discussion of the above mentioned issue and to highlight its shortcomings and debatable areas, while taking into account the differences between execution and judicial enforcement in terms of protection and defence of the debtor. The work is divided into three thematic parts, each of which is further divided into individual chapters and subchapters. The first part deals with the historical and general background of the protection and defence of the debtor. Modern history is not only important for tracing the development of particular legal provisions across historical events, but it is also a resource for a better understanding of contemporary law. General starting points in the form of constitutional foundations and procedural principles provide the terminological core of all subsequent parts of the thesis. The second part deals with some general instruments of protection of the debtor. The theme of my thesis is to compare legal regulations of two fundamental institutions used for compulsory fulfilment of obligations. It comprises the execution of a decision pursuant to Part Six of Act No. 99/1963 Coll. Civil Procedure Code, and the execution pursuant to Act No. 120/2001 Coll. On Executors and Execution Proceedings. The purpose of the thesis is to compare the fundamental legislation with emphasis on their differences and investigating the advantages and disadvantages of both procedures. This is a hot issue, particularly with regard to the forthcoming amendments to both institutions. The work focuses on the legal regulation in force, but it also offers a comparison with the amendment mentioned above, which is going through the legislative process in Parliament of the Czech Republic at the time of preparing this thesis. The thesis is divided into eleven chapters. The first chapter gives an introduction to the problems of both proceedings and presents the fundamental legal regulation and their mutual relationship. The next two chapters deal with the position of an executor in execution processes and the role of a court in the execution of both decisions and executions.
