Financing Of Projects from EU Funds

The goal of the thesis is to consider various ways how to finance expanded entrepreneurial plans of a selected starting company with the focus on sources of the European Union funds. The first chapters present the general possibilities of the financing of companies and consider suitability of their usage. At the end of these chapters forms of the financial support from the European Union Funds are discussed. The next part is focussed more practically. The expanded entrepreneurial plans of the Orange Academy company, which are intended for the grant, is introduced here. The ability of the company to meet a liability resulting from the given way of financing are mentioned as well. The aspects of the realization of the project appeal and possible consequences, if the conditions after approval are not completed, are the necessary part.
Implementation of Prospectus Financed by EU Resources

The thesis is focused on the suggestion of implementation of the prospectus, which leads towards the harmonization between work and family life of employees of research organization. The second area deal with European Union financial resources issue aim at research organization, or if you like it deal with Structural funds issue, that gives financial support to our implementation. Results of the thesis are further on check up in the real project that runs also in the time the thesis is drawn up.
ESF and Possibilities of Human Resources Development Financing

The main goal of this diploma work is to clear the possibility of financing human resources development in the company Lemon, s.r.o., operational programmes introduction in the frame of programming period of 2007 – 2013, with the aim to programmes, which are determined for human resources development financing. Main source is European social fund and above all operational programme Human resources and employment. Partial objective of the work is to introduce how to set plan of the human resources development in the company Lemon, s.r.o. on the basis of the question-form and workshop, therefore to educate employees in a complex and sytematic way. Further objective of the work is also identification of proposals preparation, above all proposal structure and contents of particular sections.

The bachelor thesis deals with problem of reaching the grant from the European Social Fund through the Human Resources and Employment Operational Programme. The main goal of the thesis is to suggest the outline of the project for the Motiv P agency which enables to gain financial resources from the European Social Fund. Particularly, it deals with the project which supports the long term unemployment women, the women in maternity leave, and the women starting their own business. The theoretical part of the work explains the rules and the concepts which have to be taken into account to submit the project funded from the Human Resources and Employment Operational Programme.

This diploma thesis deals with problems of fund raising from the European Social Fund as a key instrument of structural politics. At the beginning regional politics of the EU, its principles and rules, the previous and the present programming period including constituent structural funds are introduced and characterized as well as the European Social Fund and its operational programmes included in this part. A particular passage of the first part is devoted to the Operational Programme Human Resources and Employment. The aim of this work is to create a project oriented to increasing of employment in South Bohemia and to elaborate an application for financial support from the Operational Programme Human Resources and Employment for the Yomus s.r.o. company. All calls from the OP Human Resources and Employment have been delayed in pronouncing, therefore this project has been created according to a call from the equivalent Operational Programme Human Resources Development of the previous programming period. The product of this work is a completely processed application which is supposed to be used for financial support including a target group analyses and educational activities characterization. The project key activities include a re-training course of "Sales representatives" and following "Career centre activities" for employment intermediation of project clients. As a high-quality project entails the first step to fund raising and meeting the target of employment increase in South Bohemia the application has been processed on the basis of professional literature and experience of professional project managers. The project si applicable to the Operational Programme Human Resources and Employment without any essential changes.
Evaluation of ESF funded interventions aimed at persons endangered by exclusion from the labour market

This thesis deals with the efficiency of the measures, which are implemented within the projects supported by the European Social Fund and are aimed at the endangered groups of parents (mostly women) on the labour market. The theoretical part introduces the concept of labour market segmentation, theory of human and social capital and finally outlines labour market policies within the framework of the EU and the Czech Republic. Empirical research uses techniques of interviews and a questionnaire in order to evaluate the implementation of the measures and targeting of the funds towards the needs of this specific group of women which is under a long term threat on the labour market. The contribution of this thesis is primarily in a detailed study on the efficiency of the system of subsidies in one part of the support from the ESF from the perspective of non-profit organizations.
