Economic of international running sport actions in the Czech Republic

The economic situation of the company Prague International Marathon, s.r.o. is the main objective of this Diploma Thesis. To be more accurate, it particularly is the application of methods and tools of financial analysis together with analysis of revenue and costs of the company. When implementing previous methods and tools of economic analysis, we will be able to assess the economic health of the company. This analysis is primarily focused on horizontal and vertical analysis of assets and liabilities. It also focuses on ratio indicators. Following section of the Thesis deals with economic analysis of earnings and costs. The final task is to analyze the economical impact of organizing running actions in the Czech Republic. This economical impact will be compared with similar actions taking place in Germany, especially in Berlin.

Valuation of development ( VSZ ) under influence of concern US Steel

The aim of this thesis is to evaluate development of company U.S.Steel Košice, s.r.o. between 2005 and 2012. Theoretical part of bachelor thesis is dedicated to basic terms, theory of financial health, financial analysis, its process and stance, indicator, modern efficiency methods of the company and strategical anlysis. In the practical part are used datas from financial reports of the company to do economical and financial analysis. Strategical analysis is provided by analysis of enviroment like PEST and SWOP analysis.

Evaluation of an economic development of the company Saint-Gobain PAM CZ s. r. o.

The main objective of this bachelor thesis is to evaluate the economic development and financial health of the company Saint-Gobain PAM CZ s. r. o. during 5 years, in the period between years 2009 and 2013. The thesis consists of two parts. The theoretical part focuses on basic terms and methods of financial analysis. The following practical part uses real data of the company. The analysis focuses on absolute and financial ratios, working capital, calculation of economic value added, but it also outlines some bankruptcy prediction models. Since the financial analysis does not only provide the past situation, but it also offers essential information for planning, so there is also an outline of the financial plan for the year 2014. The end of this thesis is devoted to a total resume and review of the obtained information.

Economic analysis of football club AC Sparta Praha fotbal, a.s.

Main goal of this bachelor thesis is to evaluate economic situation of AC Sparta Praha fotbal, a.s.. For the purpose of judging economic health of the club I have elaborated profile of the club, which is based on aplication of methods and instruments of financial analysis joined by revenues and costs analysis. Found data are based on account sheets. Results of this analysis are summarized in SWOT analysis, which is the base of proposed suggestions for this club in sports, economic a social field. Further in the bachelor thesis I examine demand for product of the club. Object of the examination is analysis of attendance of the last five years that are observed. Essence of the examination is dependence of spectator attendance on attractiveness of the competitor.

To be more accurate, it particularly is the application of methods and tools of financial analysis together with analysis of revenue and costs of the football club. When implementing previous methods and tools of economic analysis, we will be able to assess the economic health of the club. This analysis is primarily focused on horizontal and vertical analysis of assets and liabilities. It also focuses on ratio indicators. Following section of the Thesis deals with demand for the product of the football club. Basically speaking, it is primarily an analysis of attendance at the club in a five-year period begging with year 2005. The main concern than is, if the particular day of the match or success of the team influences the attendance of match.
