System for Testing of Business Strategy

Aim of this thesis is to introduce questions about trading stocks on global stock exchange. It shows up basics ideas, which are necessary to understand the system of trading stocks, building a bussines strategy and its automatization by simple information technology techniques. In the following, there is a description of concept and implementation of business system for testing a trading strategy, which is based on historical market data analysis. The next part of this work is focused on the demonstration system and its expansion possibilities. Whole aplication is created by means of scripting language PHP and Javascript, markup language HTML, using the MySQL database system.
Initial Public Offerings in the Czech Republic

The bachelor thesis focuses on an initial public offering in Czech republic. In the first part of the thesis, there are explained teoretical terms, that relate to issue of IPO and they are important for the compilation of the process. These theoretical terms are alsou used in the practical part of the thesis. The practical part of the thesis deals with the compilation of key analyses, thanks to which it is possible to describe the state of readiness of a company to enter the publicly traded market. In the last part of the thesis, recommendations are proposed, which are supported by the information obtained.

This work deals with the tools of financial market. It is demonstrated to a reader, what is the financial market composed from, how it actually works and what are the characteristics of securities, why the securities are used, what are the advantages and disadvantages. We are going to focus on field of mutual funds, as a part of collective investment. Thanks to investment questionary is made a research to find out which strategy is prefered by citizens. We are going to suggest the optimal financial portfolio to this strategy by the program GRANT. We are going to use the fuzzy logic characteristic and we are going to show to the investor how can he choose the suitable invesment tools to his portfolio according to his requierements.
Optimal Stock Portfolio Selection as an Investment Conundrum

The portfolio theory is microeconomic discipline which deals with the exploration of capital markets and assets that are traded on them. This diploma thesis is focused on optimal stock portfolio selection. The main aim is to find a final portfolio fulfilling the requirements. The first part provides the theory needed for the subsequent establishment of a practical case of the optimal portfolio. The second part is devoted to the actual calculations leading to finding the portfolio with the desired rate of return.

The aim of the bachelor's thesis is the design and implementation of a web application intended for calculating the income tax of individuals regarding the sale of securities in the Czech Republic. The selection of technologies used to ad-dress this issue is then discussed. Following this, an analysis of the problem itself is presented along with a subsequent application design. The thesis also describes the implementation of the application with a focus on data validity, security, oper-ability across various operating systems, testing and ultimately the deployment of the application on the web. In conclusion, a discussion is conducted regarding potential application expansions. The result is an application addressing the aforementioned problem.
Transfer of ownership rights in book-entry securities

In my thesis, I attempt to settle several legal issues pertaining to the matter of transfer of ownership title to book-entry securities. In our law, many legal instruments are only provided for in relation to certificated securities. The Civil Code then extends the scope of application of provisions on certificated securities to book-entry securities, except for where the nature of the latter or a different statutory provision prohibits it. Hence, the key question of my thesis is whether book-entry securities must be observed in a manner that respects their particular nature, and if so, how do said particularities influence the transfer of ownership title to the same. The core text of the thesis is contained within Part 2., designated Nature of Book-Entry Securities, and Part 3., designated Transfer of Book-Entry Securities. Part 2. is devoted to the nature and particularities of book-entry securities that often lie between private and public law and which influence means of their transfers. Bonds and their types

Bonds are a type of debt securities, which are regulated by the Act on Bonds (the Act No. 190/2004 Coll., as amended). In the Czech Republic, bonds are used to finance especially the government is especially financed through bond issuing. Despite bonds are not widespread across private companies or territorial self-governing units at the moment, in the future they might play a bigger role and become a competitor to the traditional ways of financing (e.g. bank loans) thanks to their advantages. The purpose of this master's thesis is to introduce the legal regulation of bonds, to distinguish bonds from different ways of financing, including description of their advantages and disadvantages, to analyze particular requirements of bonds, to describe the process of bonds issuing and finally to divide bonds into categories according to various standpoints. The thesis is composed of five chapters. The first chapter focuses on the formal sources of Czech and European bond law and on the concept of a bond, including its characteristic features. The second chapter concerns with the comparison of bonds to other ways of financing. For purposes of this thesis a company was chosen as a role issuer for the comparison. 1 Abstract Legal issues of transactions with securities and financial derivatives The aim of this thesis is to analyse valid legal regulations concerning securities and financial derivatives, to compare it with regulations valid before recodification of Czech private law as well as to describe operation of the financial market, where transactions with securities and financial derivatives take place, through analysis of capital market regulation and supervision. The thesis is composed of three main chapters. Chapter One is focused on a definition of the financial market and its structure and further examines the capital market as a part of the financial market. Primary attention is concentrated on capital market regulation and supervision from the perspective of international, European and national law. Conclusion of this chapter deals with the main organizer of the regulated market in the Czech Republic, i.e Prague Stock Exchange. Chapter Two concerns the definitions of securities and their classification according to their forms and types. Shares, as one of the most important type of securities, are covered in more detail.
