Nationalization processes in Czechoslovakia on the example of CKD

The work deals with the nationalization in 1945 and its subsequent effects on the example of Czechoslovakia industrial company CKD. The paper presents the results of research in which I discovered that it was nationalized CKD did not help. The main blame for this are insensitive, politically motivated interference in the structure of CKD. When CKD is becoming a tool for achieving political goals. Another important reason is the limitation of the market economy and competition. The internal reason is too high wages, which did not correspond with work productivity. At work I perform comparison operations CKD before the war and after nationalization in order to get information on how to lead economically. The work is not forgotten page of the legislative framework and assumptions nationalization nationalization in Czechoslovakia. The work compares theoretical and practical side of the page nationalization

The Českomoravská-Kolben-Daněk Company in the period 1945-1953

My work deals with the Českomoravská-Kolben-Daněk company in the period 1945-1953. I focused on the transformation process of the company and the nationalization that followed. A large part of the work is about post-war reconstruction and national administration management. Another part of the work deals with the enterprise in general, analysing its development and reorganization. My intention was to describe the political background of the period. Another part there is the evaluation of the economic results between 1945-1949 and the situation of the employees. At the end I described the division into upcoming enterprises and also the development of the two most important ones, the ČKD Stalingrad and ČKD Sokolovo are shown.

Logistic chains in automotive indstry based on SKD/CKD sets

Obsahem této diplomové práce je představení problematiky rozložených vozů jako varianty vstupu automobilky na nové trhy. V první části jsou představeny jednotlivé kategorie rozložených vozů a zahraniční montážní závody automobilky Škoda Auto a související logistické řetězce, v druhé části jsou analyzovány vybrané ekonomické parametry expedice rozložených vozů. Ve třetí části je kritické analýze podroben právě probíhající projekt výstavby výrobního závodu Škoda Auto a Volkswagen v ruské Kaluze se zhodnocením rizikových faktorů.
