Optimization of the Bank Loan Application

The work is based both on theoretical basis and practical working processes of banks for assessing client's financial standing in Czech market environment. Basic preconditions for successful credit allocation to a business entity will be set along with evaluation of the importance of information from a credit requisition form's compulsory enclosure. A detailed analysis of the client's economy from a bank perspective will be succeeded by identification of critical risks and positives of an applicant's financial position.
Possibilities of value analysis utilization by selection of mortgage lender

The aim of this master’s thesis is to find the best type of mortgage loan for several kinds of borrowers. The first part describes personal housing financing, use of loans, use of mortgages in general. At the end of this theoretical part the value analysis is explained as a tool for mortgage lender (or the type of mortgage loan) selection and the way of reaching this goal is defined. Second part is a practical example of how to make decision and find the best choice. It selects the most important criteria and real cash flow is simulated to asset the price of each possibility. Using the discrimination method and efficiency rate the possibilities are ranked. Results are commented on and recommendations are set to every type of client. In conclusion, general method for selection before getting a mortgage is proposed.

The master’s thesis deals with the topic of the use of artificial intelligence for managerial decision making in the firm. This thesis contains proposal of model of fuzzy logic in MS Excel and MATLAB for evaluation of the client’s solvency of bank for the purposes of loan providing.

The main aim of my diploma thesis is to choose the most sutaible option of loan financing of business activities of individual in simulated conditions. The first part is followed to summary of theoretical knowledges about loans issues which are loan analysis specifically interest, loan application, repayment, protection, risks and types of loans, then loan markets, loan unions and central bank and loans. The second part is aimed to analysis of specific cases of getting loans, morgages and leasing for entrepreneurs and citizens and it´s following evaluation. Then there is comparison of the best options. In conclusion of this part there are analysis and all the results of current situation of getting loans for entrepreneurs in Czech republic.
Risk Management of Bank Credit System and Decision Making Process

The theoretical part of this thesis describes the development of Czech banking sector, especially with emphasis on post-revolutionary rebirth within the new conditions of market economy. The following part demonstrates the decision-making credit account process of a bank on a particular case study based on the methodics and procedures leading up to maximal elimination of credit risk. At the same time, the author presents a partially modified internal opinion on a decision of particular business transaction. It is accented that every decision of a bank must comply with the regulations of CNB. The conclusion of the thesis affirms the maximal efforts of domestic banks to minimalize risks within their decision-making credit account processes, which is mirrored in current stability in the development of Czech banking sector.

The aim of this thesis is to evaluate creditworthiness (credibility) of a client and assessment of loan granting decision. The work highlights the importance of financial analysis, which constitutes a basis for risk assessment of a client and is a deciding factor in the final decision of granting a loan. Theoretical and methodological part deals with definitions, explanation of terms and methods related to credit processing and financial analysis. The second part assesses financial stability of the company "Firma, a.s." through financial analysis and subsequently evaluates its credibility by applying a selected credit rating model. As a result, final loan granting decision is made.
Assessing the creditworthiness of the client

This thesis analyzes problems related to the client's creditworthiness, i.e. assessing the ability of the client properly and on time to meet their obligations to banks and other financial institutions. The core of the thesis is to demonstrate individual methods and techniques which are applied to determine the creditworthiness of the client and used in present banking background. The theoretical part defines important terms connected with financial risks, credit process and stages of client's creditworthiness analysis. The next chapters describe methods of analysis gradually creditworthiness of individuals and analysis of corporate creditworthiness. The practical part of the thesis focus on financial analysis and analyzing the creditworthiness of the client from the perspective of individual banks.
Mortgage loans

This bachelor thesis deals with a estimation of government and another subject of financial market of mortgage loans and the need to provide to clients. Also illustrate the basic characters and types of mortgage loans and the effect of new regulations in their supplying. In the last chapter are discussed further regulation, which is directly related to mortgage loans, such as remuneration, tightening capital requirements etc.
Mortgage loans and their analysis on the Czech Republic market

This thesis deals with mortgage loans and their analysis on the Czech Republic market. In the first part legal aspects regulating mortgage loans are mentioned, followed by the fundamental characteristic and essence of mortgage loans and value of clients problems in the end of this part. The second part is focused on advantages and disadvantages which mortgage loans provide. Mainly low interest rates, tax allowance and other possibilities of advantages provided by the state are stated. The last part deals with analysis of mortgage products of four banks. The analysis compares interest rates, bank loan amount, fixation period, charges and bank's approach to value of clients. The complete evaluation is made by two fictive households applying for mortgage loan, each with different criteria. The objective of my thesis is to choose the most optimal mortgage loan for these two households.
