Low-energy building of boarding house in Chlumětín

The master thesis deals with the design of environment friendly boarding house, which is located on a hill in a small village called Chlumětín. There are designed renewable energy sources, such as solar collectors or fotovoltaic panels. The first part deals with the design and layout of the boarding house. On the ground floor is solved, the design of the kitchen according to hygienic requirements, the design of the premises for guests with barrier-free toilets. In the attic are designed guest rooms including barrier-free room. The second part deals with the simplified design of building services. It includes rainwater management, mechanical ventilation with heat recovery, lighting, cooling and heating. The third part deals with the detailed design of heating in the building. It includes design of radiator power, pipe dimension, power of wood-gas boiler, storage tanks, pumps, etc.

This diploma thesis elaborates project documentation for the construction of building. The building is situated in outskirts of the town Velké Meziříčí. The boarding house for fooding and lodging with separated private zone and restaurant. Both parts connect entrance hall with reception and communication spaces. The lodging section is divided into three stories. Ground floor restaurant and salon with terrace on the second floor have south-facing oriented glazed curtain wall. That is the main part of building with stunning views on the ambient nature.

Optimization of the heating system in the flat house

This thesis solves hydraulic regulation existing heating system apartment building. It is a building of eight floors with dimensions of 21.0 x 26.0 m. The system se-amlessly heats the entire building residential building. Heating is the most original apartment, dealt with cast iron radiators. The heat source is CZT. The theoretical part is focused on the revitalization of heating systems.

The diploma thesis deals with the design of the boarding house located in Lipnice nad Sázavou district of Havlíčkův Brod. The thesis contains complete design documentation for building construction, including assessment in terms of building physics and buildings fire protection. The construction has a U-shaped platform, with two-storey buildings facing each other, connected by a single-storey middle part, where house background is located. We will find here restaurant, kitchen, playroom, wellness, two barrier free rooms, thirteen regular double rooms and eight two-room apartments Construction is brick of sand-lime blocks, insulated by contact thermal insulation system. The ceilings are made of prestressed concrete floor slab. The roof above the two-storey buildings is saddle roof, where the load-bearing structure is formed by a truss. On the single-storey part there is a flat roof, where the supporting structure consists of prestressed concrete floor slab.
Building technological study of construction mountain boarding house

The processed documents will be discussed primarily a technological study of realization of the main construction parts for the specified object, time and financial plan, the basic koncept of building site and mainly for the wood walls which will be made in a factory and on the building site just given on their place.

The content of this diploma thesis is the design of a new boarding house with restaurant in Mikulov. The building has 2 above – ground floors and a partial basement. In the basement is utility room and fitness room. In 1st floor there is reception, restaurant with facilities and rooms for accomodation. One room is designed as a berrier – free. In the 2nd floor there are rooms for accomodation, facilities for cleaning and common room. The vertical supporting structures are designed from clay masonry, in the basement of the concrete formwork. The building will be covered partly by flat roof, hip roof and partly by vegetation roof. The design documentation has been prepared according to valid legal and technical regulations.
Accommodation

The diploma thesis deals with the project documentation of the accommodation facility - a mountain pension in the village of Rudná pod Pradědem. The building has an irregular floor plan and is divided into two parts. One part of the building is used for accommodation with a capacity of 16 people. It has two floors and consists of a flat, green roof. In the second part of the building, on the first floor there is a cafe, massages and infrared sauna. In the basement there is a technical background of the building. Office space and accommodation unit are located in the attic of the building. It consists of a saddle roof. The building is based on simple concrete foundation strips. The vertical load-bearing structures are made of ceramic blocks and blocks of lost formwork in the basement. Ceiling structures are designed as reinforced concrete, monolithic. The building is designed on a sloping terrain.
Boarding House

The subject of this diploma thesis is a project for design documentation of boarding house which is oriented at south Moravia in the village Pavlov. The object is solved as four-storey with a partial recession of the first floor into the terrain. Boarding house will serve for the accommodation of 52 people. In the first floor, there is an entrance hall with reception, relaxing area and technical equipment of the building. In the second floor, there is a restaurant with a terrace and all necessary facilities for guests and restaurant staff. Two second highest floors are determined for guest accommodation. The construction of foundation is made from strip foundation. The structure is from bricks with monolith reinforced concrete frame in the first floor. It is a longitudinal wall system transversally reinforced by staircases. The perimeter walls will be insulated with ETICS system. The ceiling will be created from the prestressed reinforced concrete panels. Construction of roof is made from truss girders saddle type.
Boarding House and Cafe "Na Fügnerce"

The diploma thesis deals with the elaboration of project documentation for the new building Boarding houseand Café "Na Fügnerce", including the required assessments according to the assignment of the diploma thesis. These are two proposed blocks of buildings, a three-storey other basement and a two-storey non-basement, both of which are interconnected by a steel connecting footbridge and a roofed part with a single-skin vegetation roof. The proposal itself is an interesting team because its land is in the spa town of Podebrady, in the very heart of this town. The task was, not only to fit into the current gap formed after the demolition of family houses, but also the architectural design of similar buildings so that they fit into the surrounding buildings. In the surroundings, the architecture of functionalist buildings is combined with the historicism of residential or multifunctional buildings, as well as buildings of industrial and Art Nouveau elements of urban furniture. The proposed capacity of the buildings is 18 beds (the proposal was considered with the stay of people with limited mobility and orientation), the cafe has 44 seats and a meeting room is designed for 22 people (this space can be presented by a mobile partition). The premises are always designed with a separate hygienic background. The construction system of the buildings is designed as a longitudinal wall with a reinforcing staircase core, the load-bearing masonry is designed primarily from sand-lime perforated blocks. The ceiling structure is designed as a reinforced concrete monolithic.
