This bachelor's thesis deals with difficulties of financing of company fleet which is specialized on rendition of services in commercial security, fire signalization and remote information transfers from these and other systems on boards of centralized security. It contains analyse of fleet financing, comparation of appropriate instruments for personal vehicles financing and proposals for optimal ways of fleet financing.

This master´s thesis deals with problems of development financing. Part of this thesis is a description of development activity and risks, which it may bring. The thesis is focused on financing and credits provided by banking institution. Analysis of different financing methods of properity purchase confronts their convenience for both development companies and clients. Practical part of this thesis is a proposal of financing of housing and family houses construction in the locality of Nupaky for the company CANABA, wich is focused on cost calculation and cash-flow of the whole project.

Credit transactions in corporate banking

Credit transactions in corporate banking Abstract Credit transactions in corporate banking are among the significant active transactions of Czech banks. However, there are a number of specific risks related to these transactions. Those risks are the reason why these transactions are being given increased attention not only by banks but also by the legislator. As a result, there is an increasing number of banking and other public law norms that have a significant impact on bank corporate lending. Therefore, the subject of this thesis is to carry out legal analysis of banking corporate credit transactions, especially with regard to their financial regulation. This thesis is divided into four parts. The first one focuses on the financial definition of these transactions, their types, risks, and other related aspects. The second part presents an overview and analysis of banking and other public law norms regulating these transactions, both Czech and those accepted under the European Union law. Therefore, within this part are elaborated in relation to these transactions not only the prudential requirements arising from the Act on Banks, Prudential Decree No. 163/2014 Coll. or the directly applicable CRR regulation, but also the requirements of European laws implemented in the Czech legislation through BRRD, AMLD...

This bachelor´s thesis focuses on the topic of various means of financing a car acquisition by a particular company. It contains an evaluation of the company situation, a comparison of particular offers of different leasing companies and bank institutions. The merit of this thesis is to find a suitable method to finance a car for a particular company pursuant to found information.

Optimization of the Bank Loan Application

The work is based both on theoretical basis and practical working processes of banks for assessing client's financial standing in Czech market environment. Basic preconditions for successful credit allocation to a business entity will be set along with evaluation of the importance of information from a credit requisition form's compulsory enclosure. A detailed analysis of the client's economy from a bank perspective will be succeeded by identification of critical risks and positives of an applicant's financial position.
