This thesis deals with project documentation of a family house with polyfunctionally, intended for to housing. The house is located in Nitra region, in Nitracity district Čermáň. Cadastral district Nitra. The building is designed as a brick building with a contact insulation. Vertical and horizontal supporting structures are made of POROTHERM system. The family house has a gable roof with a slope of 38 °. Construction roof is made up of of wooden elements. The building has two floors.

Apartment house

The aim of my bachelor´s thesis is to design and make out a design documentation to show the look of the brand new apartment house. The plot is located in the cadastral area of Brno-Židenice and the parcel number is 7652/22. The building is located on a flat terrain. The building consists of five above-ground floors. On the first floor are social space, berths and garages. On the second and the third floor are two dwelling units and on the fourth floor are located two separate duplex apartments which are extended up to the fifth floor. In the building is six residential units, that are designed for families with four or five members. The construction system is made of ceramic bricks and the ceiling is made of monolithic reinforced concrete. It is designed with a flat roof wich is drained by with roof gully.
Detached family house, Šutovce

This thesis describes the design of detached house which is situated in the cadastre unit of the town of Šutovce. The building is a two-floor, without cellar, located in sloping terrain. The garageis part of the detached house. The building is designed for a four-member family. The structural system is designed of masonry system Heluz. The roof is designed as a hipped roof from timber girders with metal roofing, roof slope 10°. The work includes project documentation for the construction.
Solution of the technological stage of the rough superstructure of an apartment building in Třebíč

The goal of my bachelor's thesis is to solve the technological stage of the rough superstructure of an apartment building located in Třebíč. The work contains a technical report for the rough superstructure stage, the construction traffic situation, the balance of workers, itemized budget and a time plan for the rough superstructure stage. Further, at work I deal with safety at work and quality requirements for construction. The work also includes the design and assessment of the lifting equipment.

Strategy proposal for private grammar school

This bachelor thesis is focused on creating a strategy for private grammar school. The first part of the thesis consists of a literature review, where strategic management and public sector are described. In following section, results are described for the case of Pražské humanitní gymnasium. These include analysis of the internal and external environment. When analyzing the external environment, PESTE analysis and Porter's five forces analysis are used. Principle of key factors is used for analysis of the internal environment. Afterwards, IFE and EFE Matrix help identify the most important factors, which were then used in SWOT analysis. Using the SWOT analysis, four strategies are created, from which one is chosen as a final strategy for realization and evaluated from the economical point of view.
Detached house with lawyer's office

The goal of this bachelor’s thesis is to project a detached house with a lawyer’s office. It consists of two separate buildings. The detached house has two floors above the ground level and a basement. The lawyer’s office is projected as a single floor building with a barrier free access. Both buildings‘ construction systems are made out of limestone-sand blocks. The ceilings are monolithic and made out of reinforced concrete. The roof is flat on both buildings and weighted down by river aggregate.
