Grand Central Dispatch Implementation for C++
Šalgovič, Marek ; Peringer, Petr (referee) ; Hrubý, Martin (advisor)
Grand Central Dispatch is a system which allows applications to optimally use multi-core Apple devices. This system is for the most part supported by operating systems of Apple platforms. The goal of this bachelor's thesis was to analyze the system and subsequently design and implement a library in C++. This library provides interface and functionality similar to the existing system.
Distributed iOS System for Internet Marketing
Klembara, Radovan ; Rozman, Jaroslav (referee) ; Hrubý, Martin (advisor)
The goal of this thesis is to design and implement distributed system, which covers work with internet surveys. The result of this thesis is a system consisting of mobile application for devices with iOS operating system and server application. Mobile application is created to mediate surveys operations. Server application maintains data in database. Thesis also focuses on creating the motivational system, to improve response rate.        In this thesis I created mobile application for devices with iOS operating system, which version is not older than iOS 14. I have created server application maintainig PostgreSQL database. In the thesis I am solving user motivation for filling surveys with a reward system. For each filled survey every user is rewarded by some amount of inner application currency. This currency can be exchanged for discount coupons.      Solution of this thesis brings mobile application to users, where they can efectively fill up surveys, get rewards and buy coupons. Users also can create surveys and are able to receive survey results. It is possible to add new coupons to motivate other users.
Training Manager for iOS
Kondek, Ondrej ; Smrčka, Aleš (referee) ; Hrubý, Martin (advisor)
This bachelor thesis describes a draft and the implementation of an iOS application. The application is meant to work as a tracking tool of user's physical activities with emphasis on simple data input using extensions such as voice assistent Siri, widget and context menu. The user can create records of their activities, show their own statistics but they are also able to share data between other users of the application. The thesis describes existing tools for iOS development, analysis of competitive applications, draft and implementation of the application and in the end its testing.
Reactive Programming in iOS Applications
Kříž, Matyáš ; Peringer, Petr (referee) ; Hrubý, Martin (advisor)
iOS development is built on asynchronous calls and parallelism. Keeping the asynchronous code clear and consise becomes increasingly more difficult with the size of an application. Multiple methodologies emerged to combat this problem. One of them is the reactive programming methodology. In my thesis I focused on creating a reactive methodology inspired by the core ReactiveX concepts with a simpler, more streamlined implementation.
Business Plan – Building Brand Store With Apple Products
Viktorin, Ondřej ; Trunečková, Markéta (referee) ; Koleňák, Jiří (advisor)
The aim of this thesis is to draw up a detailed analysis of a business plan to build retail brand store with Apple products. Processed business plan is based on real data, questionnaire and expert´s experiences in the field and try to determine the success of the business as precisely as possible. The financial plan includes necessary expenses and planned profits which shows in two versions what conditions must be done to achieve a profit.
An Application for Tracking of Alcohol in Blood
Nácar, Arthur ; Zbořil, František (referee) ; Hrubý, Martin (advisor)
The aim of this thesis was to create mobile applications for iOS devices and a smartwatches with WatchOS that allows the user to monitor blood alcohol content over time.  The application is implemented in Swift language and it uses Apple HealthKit framework to access the user's personal data. Predictions of blood ethanol content are calculated using a simulation model that takes into account the resorption phase of ethanol and uses the extended Widmark method to estimate the course of the elimination phase.  The result of this work is an application that provides the user with information about the time needed to get a sober and detailed overview of the course of blood alcohol concentration using several available metrics.
Design and Implementation of Applications for the Platform iOS
Pospíšil, Lukáš ; Dvořák, Jiří (referee) ; Dvořák, Jiří (advisor)
The work deals with design and implementation of application for IOS platform using modern programming tools such as cocos2D framework and Xcode.
Reimplementation of CoreData in C++
Hornický, Michal ; Peringer, Petr (referee) ; Hrubý, Martin (advisor)
Core Data is important component of software ecosystems on Apple’s platforms. The main shortcoming of Core Data is the limited number of platforms, on which it can be utilized. This bachelor’s thesis documents the process of analysis of Core Data, subsequent design and implementation of CoreStore library. Implemented library is written in C++, and aims to provide the functionality of Core Data on other platforms.
Filemanager for MacOS/X
Ševčík, Ondřej ; Kočí, Radek (referee) ; Hrubý, Martin (advisor)
This MSc Thesis presents history of Apple's operating system and developing application for Mac OS X. First part introduces long evolution of macintosh's OS since early beginings in 1976 focused on latest Mac OS X. Second part makes reader acquainted with elements of creating applications for Mac OS X using Cocoa framework and Objective-C language which is real objective superset of well known C language. Practical part is developing file manager. Programming patterns from file manager are used for explaining fundamentals of developing. This contains exact directions how to create first application step by step.
iOS Application for Traffic Violation Reporting
Budáč, Tomáš ; Polášek, Tomáš (referee) ; Bobák, Petr (advisor)
This bachelor thesis is dedicated to the proposal and implementation of the application for both the iOS operating system and the server REST API. The application was implemented in the programming language Swift and its interface SwiftUI. This thesis is structured into a theoretical section, which focuses on the description of current technologies and the current state of already existing solutions. The practical section incorporates the proposal, implementation and app trial. All of that was created based on theoretical knowledge. The result is a user-friendly mobile application for reporting traffic offenses associated with inappropriate parking in the cities with a web-based traffic management interface.
