This bachelor thesis is focused on design network infrastrcture and telecommunication outlets in the fourth floor for needs of Domov mládeže. This work is based on analasys which was accomplished from requirements of the investor. This bachelor thesis contains teoretical resources which help better understand the issues of this topic. The aim of this bachelor thesis is to design active and pasive elements of network and economical assesment.

Primary School Computer Network Design

This master’s thesis is focused on the design of a functional reliable computer network for primary school. The master ‘s thesis analyses the current state of the communication infrastructure of the primary school and the own solution is implemented based on this analysis. Part of the solution deals with implementation of an application for distance education and the basic setup of the school computer server. The master ‘s thesis contains the design of cable routing routes, selection of active elements, Gantt chart of the project and economic evaluation of the whole project.

In the first part, the market is analysed from the view of design and technical solution, the second part deals with the particular design concerning its aesthetics, shape, construction and ergonomics. The aim of the thesis is to introduce the new product to the market, which would comply with requirements of social and extraordinary events.

Industrial hall

Two-bay hall for warehouse and manufacturing purposes with supporting steel structure and thermally insulating sheating with width of 36 metres and lenght of 72 metres. The hall incorporates two overhead cranes with maximum load of 32 and 40 tonnes. The main supporting structure is a system of plate girders and beams. The beams are connected with hinges and are placed with intervals of 6 metres. The hall design is intended for 1st snowing area

Suggestion of changes of infrastructure of network for RAAB Computer

The target of this work is focused on relocation of important backbone node of network and implementation of internet signal to villages that are accessible with difficulties. The reason why the backbone node has to be relocated is because the building where the backbone node is located will be demolished. On the basis of this thesis the company should be able to realize changes in its network. In the theoretical part of this thesis I am going to deal with possible problems in transmission of internet signal.

Methods for Quality of Service measurement in Wi-Fi networks

This work deals with the wireless Wi-Fi networks, that used unlicenced ISM frequency band 2,4 GHz. These wireless networks are very extended in these days and used mainly for the Internet connection. With the multimedia data transfers expanding it’s necessary to ensure the specific quality of service QoS in wireless networks mainly for applications, which are sensitive to delay or packets lost. The main aim of this work is to describe Wi-Fi networks based on IEEE 802.11b/g/n standards, description of QoS techniques according to IEEE 802.11e standard and description of parameters describing QoS for the VoIP services. The practical part is divided on a two parts. The problems of measuring the radio link quality and the creation of simple program for quality of wireless connection analysis are solved in the first part. The second part incluledes measuring of the lost packets number in Wi-Fi network with the commercial application AirMagnet Laptop Wireless LAN Analyzer and measuring of the signal noise influence with the help of spectrum analyzer and vector signal generator.

The subject of my bachelor thesis is the issues of wireless networks. It analyzes current standards and architectures used in wireless networking and its security. Next part focuses on present situation. The practical part contains projecting a wireless network specialized in high security.
