Family house

This bachelor thesis presents a design of a a family house for family of four members. The house is located in a residential district of the city of Prague - Kunratice. The house is designed in one part with two floors with one floor partly below ground level. The other part is designed with one floor. The layout is divided into two sections. The single-storey part of the house is a daily residential area, on the first floor of the two storey part is night zone for rest. In a recessed floor are utility rooms, study room and gym. Entry to the house and entry to the garage are located on the 1st floor on the north side. The building will be based on the footings of plain concrete and a concrete slab. Basement walls are constructed of permanent formwork filled with concrete. 1st and 2nd floor are made from sand-lime blocks. Walls are insulated with ETICS. The ceilings are from cast-in-place reinforced concrete slabs. Roofing is designed as warm flat roof. Analysis of thermal and mechanical properties of the house and fire safety report are also parts of this bachelor thesis.
Multifunctional building

The subject of the Master's thesis is the elaboration of project documentation for the construction of a multifunctional apartment building. The building is located in the cadastral area of Prosek, in Prague 9 in the north-eastern part of the city. The terrain of the land is flat. The multifunctional house has five floors and one underground floor. In the basement there is a garage, a technical area and a storage area. The first floor is redesigned to a café and office area. The floor is connected to a terrace, which is accessible from the interior and exterior. The second to fifth floors are filled with housing units. There is a walking terrace on the fifth floor. The roofing above the 4th and 5th floors consists of a flat roof. The construction system in 1st floor consists of a combination of reinforced concrete columns, girders and walls. On the 1st floor, there is a combination of a masonry and reinforced concrete transverse system with a reinforcing reinforced concrete wall. From the 2nd floor to the 5th floor is a transverse masonry system with a reinforcing reinforced concrete wall. The ceiling structures are formed by reinforced concrete monolithic slabs. The stair flights are prefabricated. The whole building is insulated with a contact thermal insulation system.
Multifunctional building

This diploma thesis deals with the design of multifunctional building in Tábor in cadastre unit of Klokoty. It is a detached building with one underground floor and three above-ground floors on a flat terrain. The building is rectangular shape where the underground floor is a collective garage at the ground floor are shops a hairdresser and a café and at the last two floors are office spaces. The building is designed as frame systém with infill ceramic masonry with additional insulation. The roof is designed as a flat roof.
Apartment Building

The subject of this bachelor thesis is making the project documentation for construction of an apartment building in Vysoké Mýto. The apartment building is located on the western outskirts of Vysoké Mýto, in the residential area. It is a free-standing, three-storey, non-basement building with six housing units on the second and third floor. There are technical premises and four garages on the first floor. On the east side of the building, there is a parking lot and entrances to the individual garages. The vertical structural system of the building is made of Porotherm ceramic blocks. The building is insulated by a contact thermal insulation system with EPS insulation. Horizontal structures are made of reinforced concrete monolithic ceilings. The balcony boards are made of monolithic reinforced concrete with using ISO-supports. Vertical movement is possible through a staircase that is made of monolithic reinforced concrete or through the lift which is stored in a self-supporting shaft from monolithic reinforced concrete. The building is based on drilled piles in interaction with reinforced concrete foundation strips. The roof is flat, green in combination with pea gravel. The project was designed with a respect to current development in the area and with emphasis to the regulations. Parts of the work are schemes of technical equipment of buildings in the object and reviews of construction physics, in particular thermal technics, acoustics, insolation and lighting. The following programs were used: AutoCAD 2018, AutoCAD 2021, ArchiCAD, Teplo 2017, Světlo+, Building Designe, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Publisher, Hluk+.
Apartment house

The objective of this bachelor’s thesis is a project documentation for the construction of an apartment building in Nížkov. The object is situated on the cadastral area of Nížkov, the number of building plot is 943/108. Building plot is located in built-up area. The terrain is planar. In the apartment building, there are 2 floors with five residential units. On the first floor, there are two flats, a cleaning room, a mechanical room, a bike shed, and a cellar. Flats are situated on the above-ground floor. The main entrance to the building is on the first floor. The structural system of this building is a wall system. External walls are made of ground brick blocks with mineral insulation bonded with walling adhesive. Internal masonry is made of acoustic brick blocks. The building doesn’t have any external thermal insulation. The facade is made of heat-insulating plaster with a silicate top layer. The floor structure is designed as a cast-in-place reinforced slab. The staircase is designed as a cast-in-place reinforced construction too. The roofing of this object is composed of hip roof. The floor constructions are designed as a floating floor.
Apartment building

The aim of the bachelor’s work is a composition of project documentation for the construction building of apartment building. The object is situated on the cadastral area of Slavkov u Brna on plot number 354/147. The apartment building is designed as separated, partition in three parts. Four storey part without basement and two parts with basement. There are ten apartment units. To each apartment unit belong one basement cellar. There is one parking area with fifteen parking places in total. The building stands on foundation strips. The construction system of the object is wall system. External walls are made of Porotherm brick blocks with thermal insulation from mineral wool. The inside vertical load-bearing constructions are made of acoustic brick blocks with mortar pockets. The horizontal load-bearing constructions are made of reinforced concrete slabs. The building is roofed with single layer flat roof.
Gallery Access House Wolkerka

The bachelor's thesis deals with project documentation for the new construction of a gallery access house Wolkerka. The proposed building is located near the historic center of city Olomouc in the former industrial zone, which has been transforming into a residential zone in recent years, thanks to many projects that are being developed in the area. In the vicinity there is a large park, which stretches around the medieval walls, that define the historic city center. The building is a four-storey building with the first floor serving as a background for residents and is equipped with a cellar for each of the apartments, a cleaning room and a technical room. On the remaining floors there are apartments, a total of 7, with layouts 1 + kk, 2 + kk and 3 + kk, which are oriented to the south by large sliding windows. In front of these windows, each of the apartments on the first and second floor is equipped with an unheated winter garden, which in the summer months allows for a complete opening and connection to the exterior. The top floor is recessed and there is only one apartment on it, which is equipped with a terrace, that is designed as a green roof, which simulates a garden in height. The roof, like the terrace, is designed as a green roof. All floors are connected by a staircase, which is part of the gallery on the columns. Under the winter gardens of the first floor there are 5 covered parking spaces. The house is based on reinforced concrete foundation strips. The vertical construction system consists of Porotherm T50 profi ceramic blocks, which are filled with mineral wool. Horizontal structures are monolithic reinforced concrete.

The building is located in the cadastral area of the village Zborovice [791679]. It is a corner plot with parcel number 1035 and an area of 1764 square meters. Apartment building is designed as stand-alone house with three floors, basement and with gable roof. It contains eight housing units, form which one is for person with reduced mobility. The facade of the building is partly designed as a ventilated facade with fiber-cement cladding in color - khaki brown. The rest of the facade is white. Perimeter masonry is made of ceramic blocks. The ceiling structure consists of a reinforced concrete slab. The exterior skin is insulated with basalt mineral wool boards.

The bachelor thesis concerns a project of an apartment building which is designed in an undeveloped territory in Staré Město, parcel number 6318. The apartment building consists of four apartment units which are situated in two above-ground floors. There is no underground floor in the building object. The roof is designed as a flat roof with gradient wedges. Vertical supporting structures are made of ceramic blocks Porotherm. The blocks of the exterior masonry are filled with mineral insulation which substitutes the contact insulation system. The horizontal supporting structures are designed as reinforced concrete monolithic desks with plasterboard ceiling. The first above-ground floor consists of two apartments of size 2+KK, technical room, storage rooms and common room for meeting of tenants of the apartment building. In the second above-ground floor there are two apartments of size 3+1. In front of the object the parking lot is situated for ten personal cars, one of them reserved for handicap parking. The rest of the holding is used for a decorative garden.

Object have a external thermal insulation, fasade is ventiletid with cladding of fibre-cement board Cembrit. Floor structure is designed as a cast-in-place two way reinforced slab. Staircase and lift shaft are designet as cast-in-place reinforced contstruction too. Roofing of objekt is composed of flat roof. Floor construction are designed as floating floor.
