This bachelor’s work engages in the creation of business intention to develop company’s operation. I present here a project which broadens activity field of observed company of other activities. My work will serve as supporting evidence, to design a request, to draw a grant from European Union’s structural funds and had been designed with the approval of company CAMFI Ltd.

The aim of the bachelor’s thesis is to create a new cultural project for an allowance organization. The theoretical part describes project management and the non-profit sector. Practical part then, focuses on the process of creating a project and choosing a suitable European Union grant, which could finance the final work.

The Bachelor's thesis deals with the Structural funds of European Union and the possibility to gain a grant for a project. The aim of the thesis is to create a project able to gain financial resources from European Union, specifically, it is the project of building-up the sports facility for the children and youth’s free-time activities. The theoretical part introduces the European funds and operational programmes, the practical part presents the recommendation of a suitable operational programme which could finance the project itself as well as its preparation.

The goal of the diploma thesis is to describe the issues of structural and regional policies of European Union in the Czech Republic and to create general knowledge about running of drawing financial resources from EU funds for a particular project from an applicant´s perspective. The theoretical part deals with the origins of European Union and formation of regional policy of EU. Afterwords it is focused on the formation of regional policy in the Czech Republic and the project cycle. In practical part the project cycle is applied on a particular project Enlargement of nursery schools in Jihlava – Nursery school Nad Plovárnou 5, Jihlava from setting the targets, applying for the grant and up to the realization of the project itself.

Trader’s Application for a Refund VAT from EU Countries

The bachelor‘s thesis considers harmonization of value added tax in the European Community. It targets the refundation of VAT. The thesis analyses influence of communitary law on national law and the diferences between legislations of individual states. Issue of the thesis is describe conditions and examination of the claim to refundation. It describes whole procedure of tax subjects in the proces of refundation from the states of European Union.

Realisation of Selected Speech Acts by Foreign Learners of Czech

The aim of this thesis is to conduct a pragmatic analysis of speech acts as salutation, request, apology, offer and farewell in a written correspondence. The accent is primarily on expressions of politeness in each speech act. The analysis is researched in beginner students of the Czech language in a questionnaire before a lesson, in a written assignment after the lesson and then in the same assignment written by native speakers. The aim is to discover a proper way to teach the expression of the given speech acts as part of Czech for foreigners. The questionnaire filled before the lesson was compared with the assignment written after the lesson. Implementing the comparison, it is defined to what extent had the students improved their pragmatic competence in written correspondence. The same work was assigned to native Czech speakers and the expressions used in the lesson are evaluated based on their results compared with the results of non-native speakers. Through the research we concluded that the difference between the results before and after the lesson are striking. Uninstructed students have frequently expressed unintentionally less politely than it is customary to Czech language, sometimes even impolitely and these errors were predominantly eliminated in the written assignment. Srovnání finanční pomoci z fondů Evropského hospodářského prostoru pro vybrané postkomunistické země EU

This thesis deals with the financial assistance from the Funds of the European Economic Area, which was provided to selected post-communist EU countries. The work introduced a system of applications for grant assistance from the EHP funds with subsequent determination of the approval process project applications and the process of awarding grants. Furthermore, the thesis presents priority areas of support, types of applications and entities that may apply for grant aid. The work defines the principle of EHP funds sourcing. The empirical part of the thesis first analyzes the approved projects of selected post-communist EU countries. In addition, this section discusses research into the relationship between defined economic criteria (GDP per capita, gross added value) in selected countries and between the amount of awarded grants within each of the priority areas of support.

Vyhodnocení investiční dotace do zemědělského podniku

This diploma thesis is focused on the issue of the agricultural subsidies. The main aim is to evaluate the investment subsidy in an agricultural enterprise. The theoretical part is based on the literary research. This part focuses on subsidies in agriculture, investment evaluation, investment planning or investment risks. The practical part uses a comparison as a main method. First, an initial research is conducted for mapping of the subsidy titles used by the agricultural enterprise Úněšovský statek, a.s. Furthermore, the practical part is focused on the effectiveness of financial support for the modernization of livestock production under the 4th Measure, Operation 4.1.1 Investments in agricultural enterprises. The last part evaluates the project realization in compliance with the objectives of the Operation.

In the practical part are given a specific casework applications for state social support benefits and the development of benefits paid in the years 2013 to 2015, in the district of Kroměříž.
