Nursery governance regulations from the viewpoints of the nursery and the child's legal guardian

The final thesis of the Bachelor's degree course deals with the issue of nursery governance regulations and their importance and impact on the parents and the nursery. One of the objectives of the study is the utility of the governance regulations both for the nursery and for the legal guardian. The thesis also investigates in what situations and to what extent the legal guardian utilizes the regulations and in what situations the regulations are utilized by the nursery. The theoretical part deals with the legislative aspects of the governance regulations. The research part is based on findings made amongst a group of nursery headmistresses and children's legal guardians and on the analysis of a selected group of the specific governance regulations. The conclusions open up a view on one of the most important documents available to the nursery headmasters and headmistresses.

This entity may be formed by a different number of kindergartens. Function headmistress brings a large amount of the duties, responsibilities and necessary skills knowledge management. Their list highlights the difficult and hard work director. The director of the kindergarten in its sole discretion and to the extent that it determines legislation specifies certain ways of working procedures, organization and decisions so that kindergarten filled its function. This thesis deals with the differences in the management of kindergartens with different number of centers in the Region. The aim is to identify, analyze and evaluate the differences in the management of kindergartens with different number of workplaces, time management, preservation of identity and autonomy kindergartens. Assess whether the management of kindergartens with one workplace and schools formed more work influenced and conditioned by education directors of kindergartens. Role of director of a kindergarten in shaping school culture

Thesis deals with the role of the director of a kindergarten within shaping of the school culture and with the potential of school culture in terms of contemporary education. Thesis focuses on the factors which the director influences the most and which leads to increased level of quality of teachers' work. In the theoretical part the emphasis is on understanding the concepts in the school culture, school climate, management and leadership and also on relationships in kindergarten, which create and develop a quality society. Further, the thesis concerns the research investigation, which detects the orientation of the issue of school culture and current use of knowledge in connection to the management of kindergarten. As a base for the thesis was used related law and publications. Research about the topic was realized among kindergarten's directors. Outputs of the research were analyzed. Results of the analyses are described in the theses. The thesis looks at one of the internal regulations of the school as a requirement in diversity. Safety and protection of heath at work

My thesis titled Safety and protection of health at work deals with the issue of security protection on general level. Next part of the thesis is focused on school level and occupational safety and health in nursery school.
My thesis consists of two parts. First theoretical part is made up literary recherche which contains general information, that were obtained from the study of literature. It is about concept definition, rights and obligations of employees and employers. After that is
summary of information about the education and injures of children in nursery school.
Secondary part is focused on practical examples. There are analyses of four specific nursery schools. First is the characteristic of the individual nursery schools, which aims to detected strengths and weaknesses. After that is a short standardized review with directors
of the nursery schools, who have experiences with safety and health. Then it is compared with the current legislation and every nursery school will receive a proposal to eliminate the deficiencies. Closure of the thesis includes evaluation of the nursery schools.
