Technological stage of the upper rough construction of an apartment building in Brno

The main aim of my bachelor thesis is the construction technological solution of the rough upper construction of the residential building located in Brno in Sadová street. This thesis contains a technical report of the given technological stage, a situation of the building with broader relations of transport routes, a statement of dimensions for the technological stage, a technological regulation including a balance of resources with a variant solution of the partition masonry, a drawing of the construction site equipment together with the technical report, timetables with a variant solution, a design of the machine assembly, an inspection and testing plan for the masonry stage and ensuring work safety. The last chapter of this work is the itemized budget for the variant solutions and selected construction details.

Preparation of the implementation of the gross substructure of the service building, Bystřice nad Pernštejnem

The aim of this bachelor's thesis is the preparation of the implementation of the rough substructure of the operational building in Bystřice nad Pernštejnem. The work deals with technological regulations for foundation structures, including insulation against moisture, for which an itemized budget, inspection and test plan, and time schedule will be drawn up. In addition, this work contains the equipment of the construction site, the coordination situation with wider transport relations, the design of the machine assembly, the principles of construction organization and safety and health protection at work. In addition, details regarding the rough substructure or insulation against moisture and assessment of construction machinery are worked out for the work.

Preparation of realization of the monolithic skeleton VilaPark Olomouc

The aim of this bachelor's thesis is the technological stage of the rough construction of the E4 residential building, which is being built as part of the staged construction of VilaPark Tabulový Vrch Olomouc. The building is designed as a reinforced concrete wall system with a total of three above-ground floors. The building has a regular shape, the load-bearing walls are made of monolithic reinforced concrete. The ceilings are slabs, also made of monolithic reinforced concrete. As part of the resolved stage, a technological prescription for monolithic constructions, a time schedule, and an itemized budget are processed. The organization of construction, transport relations, the design of the machine assembly, the control and test plan and safety and health protection at work are also dealt with.

The bachelor's thesis deals with the technological process of roofing the ice surface at the winter stadium building in Vyškov. It is a system arch construction. The work contains a technical report focusing on the given stage, budget, technological regulation, construction site equipment, machine design, time schedule and other technical documentation according to the assignment.

Villa Park Olomouc, technological stage of the substructure

The bachelor's thesis is processed on the basis of the project documentation provided, which addresses the construction of nine apartment buildings connected by an underground garage. The building is located in the new residential development VilaPark Tabulový Vrch, which represents a set of three-storey villas. The houses are based on pilots carried out by continuous spiral worm - CFA technology. The pilots are joined by a subterranean concrete structure made of water-based concrete, and above ground they form a monolithic structure combined with masonry. The roof is designed as a flat, non-errand. The cladding of the buildings is done by the contact cladding system ETICS. The work addresses the technological stage of the lower construction. A technical report is prepared, the construction situation with wider links of transport routes, technological regulations for earthworks and piloting by cfa method, the design of a machine assembly for the whole lower structure, control and test plans for earthworks and piloting and safety of work. The work also includes an acreage statement, an appropriations budget, a time plan for the construction and the organization of the construction for the lower construction with the construction site equipment and balance of resources.

The Bachelor´s thesis pursues the decisive issues of supporting structure of the building for fitness, rehabilitation and accommodation in Štíty. The thesis seeks to find the building – technological optimum for main construction works. The thesis includes technical report of the object, technological prescription, equipment construction, machinery , budget, timetable,inspection and test plan, work safety.

The aim of this work is the processing of the technological project for the ,,Skladová hala v Měříně“, which addresses the preparation and organization of construction. Construction technology the project involves the processing of time plans, economic evaluation, design of pumping sources for construction, working procedures, construction site equipment, and design of major machines and mechanisms. Further, it is processed a detailed technological regulation and inspection and test plan for a prefabricated reinforced concrete skeleton. All technological procedures are processed with regard to work safety and environment.
