Analysis of the education system in the company

The aim of this thesis is to analyze and evaluate the current situation of the education system in the company BAEST Machinery Holding, Inc. Minor task is to map all steps of the education process in the concrete company with its strengths and weaknesses. To find out more about employee's satisfaction or dissatisfaction with corporate training was used a questionnaire survey that unfold skills development perception of course participants. The work is divided into theoretical and analytical part. The first mentioned contains human resources activities and stuff training described in detail steps together with methods and subjects. The theoretical block also contains results of the surveys carried out in the field of education in the ČR and abroad. The second part of this thesis is devoted to analyzing the education system in BAEST Machinery Holding, Inc. The introduction of the company is followed by the current situation of education in the firm. In detail are analyzed the steps of the systematic training cycle and published opinions of the employees in the form of survey results. In the conclusion are the proposals and recommendations to improve the educational activities of the company.
Evaluating the effectiveness of educational program focused on business skills in an international company

The thesis deals with the human resources development and education of employees in an international company, preparation and conduct of a particular educational program and especially its evaluation. Thesis consists of theoretical, methodological and practical part. The theoretical part focuses on the benefits of employees' training for the company. It shows the system of business education and his creation. Furthermore, it analyzes all 4 phases of development of the educational system and concentrates mainly on the last stage of the system, the evaluation. Evaluating the effectiveness of education in the company can be accomplished by using a variety of methods. These are the supporting points for the analytical part and the actual evaluation. Methodological section describes the methods which were used for research, the survey sample and data collection. Moreover, the hypotheses are set here. Their validity is verified by analyzing outcomes of the investigation at the end of the thesis. The practical part introduces Komerční banka a.s. as a company and the Human resources department as a major creative element of educational system in the organization. It gives an idea of the process of creating specific training in the KB, its progress and participant's feed-back on it. In the analytical part, here comes the rare evaluation of outputs gained from mystery shopping method and on-line questionnaire. Based on the previous results, the validity of hypotheses is determined and positive and negative aspects of the educational events identified. Following stand the recommendations and suggestions raised by the author.

The bachelor's thesis deals with the issue of analysis of business education system. The aim of this thesis is to analyze the established education system in company Stroje s.r.o., evaluate the strengths and weaknesses and improve educational system in accordance with modern trends. The thesis is divided into two parts- theoretical and practical. The first part contains an explanation of basic concepts relating to corporate training, individual training phases such as planning, identification of needs, implementation and evaluation of education and it describes the methods of education. The second part focuses on the company Stroje s.r.o. and its educational system. There is an analysis of the individual phases of education system, description of advantages and disadvantages of the system, proposals to improve the system and the satisfaction survey on education system in the company Stroje s.r.o.

This diploma thesis focuses on corporate education. It concerns a company providing media planning which wished to remain anonymous. The thesis observes an education system of this company from two perspectives -- the company point of view as well as the employee point of view. The main aspects and weaknesses are pointed out. Based on these facts recommendations that would lead to a systematic approach improving effectiveness of corporate education are given.
Set of Problems connected with Employees' Education in a chosen Organization

The purpose of this thesis is the current education system in the company Termoplast Ltd. analysis, and propose posible solutions of identified deficiencies. The findings reported in the theoretical part and the subsequent application of these findings into practice subserve to achieve the goal of thesis. The practical part alalyze the education partly based on interviews with a responsible person, partly is the staff satisfaction with the current state of education in the company detected by the questionnaire. The intention is to maintain a comprehensive view on the subject.

The diploma thesis deals with education of employees in public service and it focuses on the differences between state administration and local government. Representative of the state administration is Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports and representative of local government is Office of Town District Prague 13. Educated employees present a valuable capital and the basic assumption for efficient administration of services and organizational stability too. The goal of diploma thesis is to classify the structure and utilization of employee's education methods in state administration and local government, to determinate the differences and to fix recommendations. The theoretical part focuses on the importance of education, education as a HR activity, the forms and methods of employee's education and it presents legislation, which governs the area of employee's education in public service. The practical part presents the present state of employee's education in public service and used education methods and employee's satisfaction. This is based on obtained results of expert interviews and questionnaire survey. Based on this information there are descriptions of the main differences between the state administration and local government in the area of employee's education and there are mentioned suitable recommendations.

The thesis looks at education and staff development as one of the main areas of human resources in a modern company. Through analysis of the corporate education system in company XY the thesis highlights the benefits that the company gets with the right way of organization of training activities in relation to job performance. The theoretical part provides the basic terminology and the various processes pertaining to the issue of corporate education. This includes education policy formulation, identification of needs, planning, implementation and evaluation of the whole system. The practical part contains an analysis of the corporate education system in company XY. This system is then evaluated from two perspectives -- organizational and employee. Based on this assessment, optimization proposals are made.

The theme of the Master's thesis is an analysis of personnel work in the company Makovec a.s. which develops, manufactures and sells meat and meat products. The work is divided into theoretical part where the individual personnel activities are described and the practical part where the theoretical knowledge is compared with the practical facts in the company. The analysis focuses on the recruitment, selection, adoption, adaptation, evaluation, remuneration and education of employees and aims to identify the strengths and the weaknesses and tries to suggest alternative solutions.

The thesis deals with the education and development of employees in the company providing logistics services. The company wished to remain anonymous, and therefore for the purposes of the thesis entitled NOVACS. The work is divided into theoretical and practical part. The theoretical section contains basic definitions of concepts, relationships and connections related to the issue of education and staff development. The methodology used in the theoretical part includes an analysis of available literature and supplementary documents. Practical content is an analysis of staff education and development in the department of informational technologies of the company NOVACS. The practical facts are compared with findings in the theoretical part. The system of education and staff development at NOVACS is examined and assessed from the perspective of senior manager of IT department, whose job performance in the field of education and staff training and development is analyzed too. The result of the thesis are identified strengths and weaknesses of the education and development of employees in NOVACS, and the related advices and recommendations to improve the system by the author of the thesis.
