Apartment building
Sedlář, Mikoláš ; Valenta, Marek (referee) ; Brukner, Bohuslav (advisor)
The bachelor’s thesis entitled Bytový dům Zborovská deals with the processing of the project documentation of an apartment building with almost zero energy consumption at the level of documentation for the execution of the construction. The object is located in the outskirts of the city Kroměříž, in the given area there is another development of apartment and family houses. The building is designed as a brick building with four above-ground floors and one monolithic underground floor, in which there are spaces for collective garages and the building’s technical facilities. 18 residential units with different layouts are designed in the apartment building. The floors are separated from each other by a reinforced concrete monolithic ceiling, which is designes as a cross-reinforced slab. The building is covered with a flat single-layer roof with coating insulation.
The selected parts of construction technology project - Apartment building „Panoráma nad přehradou“
Slánská, Veronika ; Čech, David (referee) ; Venkrbec, Václav (advisor)
The objectives of the diploma thesis are selected parts of construction technology project – apartment house „Panoráma nad přehradou“. The diploma thesis contains operational procedure of manufacture of bored piles and foundation slab (use of waterproof concrete) and their applicable control and test plans. Another part of the diploma thesis are time and economic plans, concept of site equipment, study of main technological phase realization and block plan drawing. Item budget, OHSAS, operational procedur for manufacture of RC cast-in-place floor slabs and assigned drawings were done within another task.
Apartment building
Pavlíček, Jiří ; Dohnal, Jakub (referee) ; Pěnčík, Jan (advisor)
The subject of this bachelor thesis is the elaboration of project documentation for the construction of an apartment building. It is a detached basement building, which is located on a rectangular plot with flat terrain. The building is designed with four floors and one underground floor. This new building is equipped with a lift for 8 people. In the underground floor there is a technical background of the building and a storage cellars for individual apartments. There are 12 flats with different disposition and size of floor areas. The load-bearing structural system is diagonal. The lower structure is made of a waterproof concrete, the so-called "white tub" which consists of a reinforced concrete foundation slab and reinforced concrete basement walls. The upper structure is built of Porotherm system, which is insulated with ETICS facade contact system with basalt wool insulation boards. Ceiling structures are designed as monolithic reinforced concrete slabs and the staircase is built as a reinforced concrete monolithic three-armed. The façade is shaped according to the partially opened loggias. The last floor recedes from the face of the building and creates spacious terraces. Holes are filled with wooden windows. The roofing of the apartment building is solved by a single-layer flat roof with a classical layer arrangement and a hydro isolation layer made of asphalt strips.
Multifunctional building
Drápelová, Lenka ; Utíkal, Aleš (referee) ; Utíkalová, Ivana (advisor)
The subject of the thesis deals with the design of multifunctional building and processing of the design documentation. The building is designed as reinforced concrete frame with curtain walling. The multifunctional building has one underground floor and three above-ground floors. In the basement there are parking area, technical facilities of the building and storages. On the ground floor of the building, there are commercial premises with facilities for employees, and office premises in the remaining part. There are offices on the second and third floors above ground. Roof structures are designed as flat vegetation.
Waterproof concrete structures and regulations for the design and implementation
Křenek, Daniel ; Brožovský, Jiří (referee) ; Hubáček, Adam (advisor)
This thesis covers the issues of design, production, and property testing in regards to waterlight concrete structures. The testing conducted on the properties fit in accordance to the Czech Republic and international regulations. This thesis covers the issues of design, production, and property testing in regards to waterlight concrete structures. The experimental part focused on the design of the concrete mix, which stems from previous knowledge of individual, and speific regulations. Various types of cement were particularly examined along with studying the effects of admixtures that were partially replaced by cement with propoerties of watertight concrete
Load bearing reinforced concrete structure of flat house
Svoboda, Petr ; Krůpa, Pavel (referee) ; Girgle, František (advisor)
The main purpose of thesis is a static solution of load bearing reinforced concrete structure of flat house. The work contains an assessment of waterproof concrete building. The object is built under the groundwater level. Supporting structures are concrete slab, walls and columns. An assessment of these structures is realized in terms of first critical state- carrying capacity and second limit state- limitation of crack widths.
Apartment building
Thomajer, Viktor ; Brabec, Roman (referee) ; Brukner, Bohuslav (advisor)
The main task of bachelor’s thesis was to design an apartment building and to create the project design documentation in accordence with the law in Czech Republic. My object is an four-storey apartment building in Hradec Králové (Czech Republic). The building is consisting of one underground floor with the parking for residents and another 3 floors above the ground with the 25 apartments. Construction system of underground floor combine the elements of inner concrete columns and external walls on the foundation slab made of watertight reinforced concrete. This kind of foundation is called „white tank“ and except of load-bearing function fully provides the waterproofing solution under the ground. The rest of floors are made of ceramic blocks as the system of two-way load-bearing walls. External walls are insulated with mineral wool insulation according to ETICS. Floor slabs are designed as cast-in-place concrete structure. The roof is flat with the 2% of slope with wateproofing layer of PVC foil. All necessary utility structures are situated close to the building area and can be reach easilly. As the main source of energy for heating was designed heat exchanger system supported from hot-water sytem of city Hradec Kralové.
Issues of design and testing of waterproof concrete fot tunnel lining
Merta, Michael ; Voves, Jiří (referee) ; Hubáček, Adam (advisor)
The diploma thesis deals with the issue of waterproof concrete and testing its properties. The theoretical part is conceived through research on existing knowledge relating to waterproof concrete. Emphasis is placed on the possibility of using a waterproof concrete for structures, such is e.g. tunnel lining. The experimental part is focused on the laboratory testing of waterproof concrete. Particulary examined was the effect of various admixtures as a partial replacement of cement. Monitored was the development of compressive strength and flexural strength, development of temperature during hydration in the early stages of maturation of concrete, water resistance of concrete, concrete surface resistance to water and chemical de-icing agents, as well as development of shrinkage during concrete maturation.
Civic amenities building
Baroň, Alexandr ; Pilný, Ondřej (referee) ; Berková, Petra (advisor)
The first part of this diploma thesis is to design an energy-efficient hotel with restaurant and car parking. The second part is also to create an assessment of the energy performance of the building and usage of energy from renewable sources. Hotel is designed with the idea of „smart buildings“ which means, that all the technological background is controlled by the main computer, which also harvests data to achieve a minimum energy use and financial demand and maximum comfort and safety at the same time by controlling the connected technology. By placing on a sloped terrain in the center of Brno, the basement floor can be used as car parking. The roof of this building is flat, green, with modifications for placing solar panels, whose design is part of this work. The third part of this diploma thesis is the spatial acoustics of the conference room on the first ground floor.
Construction technology project of polyfunctional building in Rosice
Pelc, Miloš ; Novotný, Michal (referee) ; Diaz, Yvetta (advisor)
The thesis deals with construction technology project of polyfunctional building in Rosice. The parts of the thesis are the construction technology study, the assessment of transport realations, the proposition of mechanical composition and occupational health and safety (OHS/OH&S). The thesis also contains technological regulations for flat roof and white tank and control and test plans for them. There is also itemized budget with time schedule of structural work. Thesis also deals with comparison of damp proof membrane and waterproof concrete.
