In the second part the thesis tries to find a solution with establishment charges of virtualization. To test purposes the following software programs were used. The first one is freeware benchmark Sandra from SiSoft company and second one is a software created on the basis of the thesis. For the tests the CPU overhead both an arithmetic-logical unit and a unit for work with numbers and floating decimal point, a RAM data transmission efficiency and a hard disk logging rate were chosen. The following test machines were described: VMWare, VirtualBox and Xen. In the third and the last part of the thesis is a description of network interface virtualization methods with a utilization of tun and tap system. In each particular step a virtual network interface creation and implementation are presented. Model situations of communication among virtual and physical machines with usage of these devices are described at the end of the thesis.
Water areas localization in landscape as adaptation measures to eliminate climatic extremes
Mokrejš, Filip ; Moravcová,, Aneta (referee) ; Sobotková, Veronika (advisor)
The subject of the diploma thesis is the analysis of the cadastral area of the municipality of Čejkovice concerning erosion and runoff conditions. ArcMap and USLE2D programs were used to evaluate erosion conditions. The determination of runoff characteristics was preceded by the identification of critical profiles, for which the calculation was subsequently performed in the DesQ-MaxQ program. Based on the evaluation, suitable erosion control measures were proposed, and the post-design condition was evaluated. Finally, the work focuses on small water bodies. Using the available literature, recommendation criteria for the selection of locations for small water bodies were established and a selection of suitable sites in the area of interest was made. The selected sites were developed into details of documentation for planning permission.
Studie návrhu hydrotechnických a biotechnických opatření na levém břehu řeky Svratky v k.ú. Ujčov, cca ř. km 93,8 - 94,1
Bureš, František
This diploma thesis Study of the proposal of hydraulic and biotechnical measures on the left bank of the river Svratka in the cadastral area Ujčov, of approx. km 93.8 to 94.1, builds on the previous bachelor thesis Study of selected land on the river Svratka in the village Ujčov. This work is a suggestion to adjust the area in terms of the appropriate use of land, which is owned by the author's family. The affected area lies at the weir on the river Svratka and is currently made up of a pool, which is a relic of the arm of Svratka. The pool is followed by a wetland and grassland with wood vegetation. The first part consists of a literature review and analysis of the issue areas, including its historical development. The practical part is focused on individual hydraulic engineering and biotechnical modifications in the area.
Monitoring mokřadního biotopu u obce Podolí (býv. okr. Uherské Hradiště) tři roky po založení
Dostálová, Martina
The aim of the work theses was to evaluate the actual state of vegetation in the wetland biotope near the village of Podolí (former district Uherské Hradiště) three years after its establishment. Evaluation of vegetation and its entry into floristic inventories and classification according to the Biotope Catalog (Chytrý et al., 2010). Furthermore, the current status of sub-areas in the locality was evaluated according to 4 criteria for which a simple relative scale was created. The results showed that according to the Biotope Catalog (Chytrý et al., 2010) there are areas that can be classified into five different habitats. The prevailing habitat X 7 (herbaceous ruderal vegetation outside human settlement) where habitat types are not predominant. These are mostly ruderal and synanthropic species The evaluation criteria showed where, at the time of the mapping, there was a water surface or waterlogging, what was the nature of the vegetation, whether the management was suitable or not, and finally whether the individual areas perform the function for which they were built. There should be some changes to management measures and leave room for succession.
Studie možnosti obnovy malé vodní nádrže v k.ú. Pavlov
Bartošová, Jitka
This bachelor thesis deals with the possibility of recovery of a small water basin in Pavlov register. The base of this thesis is based on literature research associated with this theme, assessment of natural conditions and copious terrain exploration. Current flow and flow within ten years period are also determined. Plan of a small lateral water basin is then created based on these facts. The thesis also deals with the connection to the territorial system of ecological stability and the possibilities of how to fund this project as well as the alternative draft of pools and wetland.
Studie revitalizace mokřadního biotopu v k.ú. Šanov
Doleželová, Zuzana
The thesis deals with proposal of suitable revitalizing measures in local biocentre in cadastral area Šanov (district Znojmo). The proposal aims to create a near-natural habitat, which would provide good conditions for the occurrence of wetland plants and animals and contribute to the increase in biodiversity in the area and also became functional element in terms of water retention in the landscape. The proposal is the trenched non-flow pools with fluctuating water level during the year and their vegetally connects. The thesis provides information about possible sources of funding restoration measures.
Zooplankton community development in newly created small pools
Vondrák, Daniel ; Černý, Martin (advisor) ; Devetter, Miloslav (referee)
The relative importance of local and regional factors to community build-up is a core issue in contemporary ecology. Studies based on research of newly created aquatic habitats may improve understanding of these processes. We monitored zooplankton colonization rates and community assemblage in 20 newly dug and isolated temporary pools in Kokořínsko Protected Landscape Area. The region is characterised by deep stream valleys, extensive land use, low human influence, low waterfowl migration activity and practically absence of large water bodies. After the first hyproperiod all temporary pools were rebuilt to a permanent form. In contrast to expectations, in both cases we observed immediate colonization of newly created habitats by two main groups of zooplankton (crustaceans and rotifers), but only rotifers (Rotifera) were capable of fast successful establishment of viable populations. Cladocerans (Crustacea: Cladocera) and copepods (Crustacea: Copepoda) were observed rarely and usually in low abundances (< 1 ind-l ). 10 months after the filling of permanent pools one ostracod species (Crustacea: Ostracoda), Notodromas monacha, was recorded as well. During the 8 months of temporary pools existence the presence of 1 cladoceran and 1 cyclopoid copepod species and 12 rotifer taxa was recorded, icluding...
Studie využití vybraných pozemků na řece Svratce v obci Ujčov
Bureš, František
Presented bachelor thesis "Study of selected land on the river Svratka in the village Ujčov" presents a proposal to adjust the terms of unspoilt biodiversity and used aesthetic and economic potential of the area. The affected area, located directly at the weir on the river Svratka is currently made up of swimming hole, surrounded by part of the wetland communities and permanent grassland, which is located at the apple orchard and hydrophilic species. The first part consists of a literature review, characterizing the general revitalization of rivers and waterways, especially ponds. Another part of the literature review deals with the weir bodies and small hydropower plants. The practical part is focused on the feasibility study small hydropower plant. Any suitability of the site for the construction of the main solution of territory and economic viability of the project. There are also mentioned the possibility of spontaneous renaturation and conversion of the building. The conclusion is focused on the evaluation of individual variants land use and subjective selection of the most favorable options and next steps.
Diverzita obojživelníků (Amphibia) a jejich antropogenní ovlivnění na vodních plochách v oboře Holedná
Dokulilová, Martina
In the spring 2014 was observed species numbers and species diversity of amphibians (Amphibia) on six selected water surfaces in a Holedna game preserve, which is located in Brno territory. To determine the numerical and species representation was used a visual method. In total, there were found 5 species in the monitored locations: Smooth Newt (Lissotriton vulgaris), Common Toad (Bufo bufo), Common Frog (Rana temporaria), Agile Frog (Rana dalmatina) and European Tree Frog (Hyla arborea). During the observation, from 18th March to 13th July, there were recorded the numbers of individual amphibians species (Amphibia) and then these data were used to calculate the synecological characteristics (dominance, species diversity, equitability, Jaccard similarity coefficient). Altogether, the most plentiful species was Common Toad (Bufo bufo) and least plentiful species was Europian Tree Frog (Hyla arborea). Representation of individual species in the monitored area was not balanced in relation to species number. Predominant occurrence of eudominant species on the all water surfaces points out to disturbed or artificial biocenosis. Based on observation was evaluated anthropogenic influence, where fragmentation, absence of rainfall, forest management and an admission of the game preserve can be included. Subsequently, the appropriate solutions to increase species diversity were designed.
