Foundation of new and redeveloped supports "Old Bridge" over the Danube in Bratislava

The thesis is focused on the reconnstruction of the "Old Bridge“ in Bratislava. Part of the reconstruction is the foundations of a new pier and redevelopment of an existing pier. The introduction provides an overview of methods used for the foundations within the river and from there onwards, the most suitable method haas been selected. The piers foundation is designed in several variants, coupled with the drawings. In conclusion, the variants were compared and the most suitable one was selected.

Construction technology project of the International Clinical Research Center of St. Anne's University Hospital Brno

This diploma thesis solves the construction technology project of the International Clinical Research Center of the St. Anne’s University Hospital, Brno (ICRC), namely the first stage of the construction of the buildings "B1" and "C1". It tries to design an ideal technological process of construction with respect of local conditions. Technologically it focuses mainly on the issue of special foundation, namely protection of excavation pit with secant pile wall and pile foundation. There are processed technological regulations, time and financial plans, construction budget, control and test plan, plan of heavy equipment and safety or environmental requirements. Everything is supplemented by attachments and drawing documentation.

Multifunctional house Prudký - construction technology project

The aim of this Diploma Thesis is constructionally - technological solution of the rough construction of polyfunctional house on the corner of Bánskobystrická and Medlánecká streets in Brno Řečkovice. In the Diploma Thesis I will deal with the plan of the work procedure of the execution of roof construction layers, machine sets, itemized budget, construction schedule, construction site equipment, inspection and testing plan, ecology and transport relations related to the construction. I would like to point out the complication of the construction with a lack of space because the construction is in the area of Brno Řečkovice. The plan of construction execution was more difficult due to lack of space for storage of materials and machinery handling.

Office Building

The aim of the diploma thesis is the analysis of internal forces design and assessment of the reinforced concrete loadbearing structure of the office building. Point-supported floor slab, inside column, external wall and staircase are designed in the thesis. Finite Element Method in the SCIA Engineer software is used to analysis internal forces on the structure. Thesis also includes project of the securing foundation pit and pile foundation of the building.
