Process Optimization in the Company

This bachelor's thesis is focused on the proposal of optimization of the quality area in a model company. The model company will serve as a training center using a business process management laboratory, especially as a support for the teaching of the Process Management study program. The work deals with the analysis of available equipment and the design of support for the quality area. The solution is based on the first prototype in the model company, it reflects the current state of the current use of the laboratory and the opportunities or limitations resulting from the already purchased equipment.

The diploma thesis is focused on the performance evaluation of AK signal Brno a.s. The first part deals with a literature research, in which the performance of the company characterized its own evaluation by traditional and modern methods. Furthermore, this part carriers out the quality management and the corporation with social responsibility, as well as, the presentation of START PLUS model. The second part presents the results of the evaluation of the enterprise performance processed by describing START PLUS Model and its tools. The third part ilustrates the results obtained and in addition recomends its own proposals that lead the improvement of the performance of AK signal Brno a.s.

Order Processing in the Company

This diploma thesis will deal with issues that may arise during the contract in the company MORAVSKOLESZSKE DRÁTOVNY, a.s. The first part will explain the terms and methods related to this issue. The next section will describe during of the contract in this company, and then an FMEA analysis and an Ishikawa diagram for the selected risks will be made. The last part will suggest measures aimed at reducing the size of the risks during contract.

The objective of this bachelor thesis is to describe the application of the QRQC method as a tool for a non-conforming production management in Poclain Hydraulics s.r.o. company. The opening part describes selected and commonly used quality tools. The work furthermore continues with a general description of the QRQC method. The main and final part is focused on the analysis of practical use of this method. Benefits of QRQC method in terms of non-conforming production and customer claims are described, based on the data given by the company.

Statistical inspection

This work solving with the statistical inspection verification of big amounts of products imported to Czech Republic. Work it self is designed as general handbook and it will be possible to use it on other products then the model one. This work was elaborated with company which is importing screws for wood industry. We used common standards to define quality requirements of verificated products, and to design statistical inspection plans. The goal of this work is technical and economical evaluation of designed method, which was used on model product.

This diploma thesis deals with issue of quality monitoring and final product testing at the AKD line. Output of this thesis is calculation of testing time optimization by Weibull distribution. In the beginning reader is familiar with AKD device, what quality management is and ways how to test final products in electrotechnical manufacturing. Main goal of this thesis is to describe differences between testing methods and optimize Burn-In testing method.
