The subject of my thesis is to evaluate proposal to improve the marketing strategy of the hotel Joseph 1699 in Trebic after a year of the operation. It is important for the hotel Joseph 1699, to develop a proposal, how to improve the quality of marketing strategy to be competitive and viable on the market in Trebic and surroundings. In the theoretical section are explained the economic matters, which were used in the practical part. The practical part is focused on processing of marketing analyzes, and proposal how to change and improve marketing strategies. With these proposed changes would have the hotel Joseph 1699 to improve and strengthen its position in the market in Třebíč.

This bachelor´s thesis contain project processing using tools a technics of project management. In this bachelor´s thesis is elaborated project to build a call center by Tomza s.r.o. company. The project contains processing of time analysis of project, source analysis of project, cost analysis of project, risk analysis of project. I worked out my own proposal solutions for each section of bachelor´s thesis. Project of build a call center is completely made in Microsoft Project and Microsoft Excel.

This master’s thesis addresses the business plan processing for a new small sport-informative centre in the South Bohemia. The plan is based on the performed analysis and includes delimited business area, marketing mix and financial plan including risk assessment. Outcome of this d master’s thesis is the necessary information for starting a new business including economic evaluation.
