AAS interpreter for testbed I4.0
Chmelař, Luboš ; Kaczmarczyk, Václav (referee) ; Baštán, Ondřej (advisor)
This bachelor thesis presents an innovative approach to integrating the Asset Administration Shell (AAS) model into an embedded system that is a key part of the Industry 4.0 testbed - Barman. In this context, the AAS interpreter acts as a product agent. The paper begins with a detailed description of the concepts and terminology associated with this topic. This is followed by a detailed analysis of existing and new versions of the universal NFC reader hardware. The main part of the thesis focuses on the design of the AAS model, which is then implemented in the firmware of the microcontroller. This process also included the creation of an OPC Unified Architecture (OPC UA) server, which was used to thoroughly test the overall system. The results of the testing confirmed the successful implementation and functionality of the system. All theoretical scenarios were run according to the proposed AAS model, confirming the success of this approach. Thus, this work represents a significant contribution in the field of embedded system design in the context of Industry 4.0.
Horse mane as a possible bioindicator for the assessment of environmental contamination by risk elements
Smékalová, Šárka ; Zlámalová Gargošová, Helena (referee) ; Komendová, Renata (advisor)
This bachelor’s thesis focuses on the determination of trace metals Cd, Cr, Cu, Hg, Ni, Pb, Zn in horse manes and used horse feed. Samples were collected from two locations, and the selected metals were quantified using AAS. The measured Hg concentrations in the horse mane ranged 0.0032–0.0077 mg/kg. Cd concentrations were below the limit of detection in all horse mane samples. Concentrations of Cr ranged 0.312–3.527 mg/kg, Cu concentrations 4.274–7.336 mg/kg, Pb concentrations 0.143–1.403 mg/kg, Ni concentrations 0.611–2.401 mg/kg, and Zn concentrations 37.0–253.2 mg/kg. In the feed samples, Hg concentrations ranged 0.001–0.015 mg/kg. Cadmium was detected only in three feed samples in the range 0.052–0.194 mg/kg. Other risk elements were measured in all feed samples: Cr 3.511–13.195 mg/kg, Cu 1.670–25.241 mg/kg, Pb 0.171–2.709 mg/kg, and Ni 1.106–5.917 mg/kg. Concentrations of Zn in the horse feed ranged 8.6–242.2 mg/kg. Based on the measured data, it is not possible to definitively assess the ability of metals to accumulate in horse manes. It is also not possible to confirm a dependence of the concentration on age, gender, color, or breed of horses, except for more significant recurring differences in gender.
Studium složení emitovaných pevných částic z domácího spalování
Lesná, Barbora ; Mravcová, Ludmila (referee) ; Doležalová Weissmannová, Helena (advisor)
The aim of this bachelor thesis is the analysis of the chemical composition of different biomass samples. Biomass samples underwent combustion in a fireplace stove, simulating combustion in domestic fireplaces. Firstly, biofuels are defined and the difference in chemical composition between wood and herbal fuels, which this thesis focuses on, is being discussed. In the following chapters, the combustion process and various types of emissions being released from the combustion of solid fuels are presented. Attention is paid to legislation and methods of measuring aerosols, then the focus is drawn to methods of their chemical analysis. The last chapters of the theoretical part focus on the health and environmental risks of solid particles that go hand in hand with being exposed to those particles. In the experimental part, the processes of sampling filters with particles, microwave decomposition of the samples. Furthermore, the thesis describes the analysis of the chemical composition of the input fuel, emitted particles and ash, in which metals were determined by the method of absorption atomic spectrometry. The concentration of solid particles on the filter is calculated here. In the discussion, individual fuels are compared according to the content of each metal.
Study of the content of heavy metals in the tissues of wild animals
Stoček, Michal ; Řezáčová, Veronika (referee) ; Komendová, Renata (advisor)
In the Ženklava hunting ground, tissues of roe deer (Capreolus capreolus L.), wild boar (Sus scrofa) and European mouflon (Ovis aries musimon) were analysed. Samples were taken from liver, kidney and muscle. The samples were digested in a mixture of nitric acid and hydrogen peroxide by microwave irradiation and subsequently analysed by ET-AAS techniques (Pb, Cd, Cu), F-AAS (Zn) and AMA (Hg). The concentrations found by the analysis of each element were
Industry 4.0 Asset Administration Shell design
Tkadlec, Prokop ; Jirsa, Jan (referee) ; Kaczmarczyk, Václav (advisor)
The aim of this work is to create a simulation model that will correspond to the real TestBed Barman network, with the help of AAS data model devices. The simulation model will be created using the OMNeT++ simulator. The thesis describes the concepts of Industry 4.0, especially AAS and the individual cells of TesBed Barman. Afterwards the AAS models of production cells and intelligent products created by using the AASX Package Explorer program are described. The practical part describes the created TestBed simulation model and its individual modules that were created. Two simple simulation scenarios are then described for the simulation model together with the variables to be monitored.
Integration of Simulator in AAS for Heat Transfer Station
Černocký, Petr ; Jirsa, Jan (referee) ; Arm, Jakub (advisor)
This work examines today's modern methods of production management, without which the entire Industry 4.0 phenomenon would not be possible. The main focus of this work is the Asset Administration Shell and the integration of models and simulations into it. Furthermore, research is carried out in the area of modeling and visualization of production and production processes, which is also provided with an example of communication between the visualization software UNITY and the calculation software Matlab. From the analysis, the most suitable software is also selected for the final implementation. Furthermore, there is a proposal for the integration of the simulator into AAS and then its practical implementation. At the same time, the entire designed system with an integrated simulator is evaluated here.
Asset Administration Shell implementation
Maslowski, Jakub ; Marcoň, Petr (referee) ; Benešl, Tomáš (advisor)
This master's thesis builds upon the author's bachelor's thesis and gradually summarizes insights regarding Industry 4.0, Digital Twins, and primarily AAS. It focuses on describing AAS with regard to the necessary compromises from the theoretical concept of AAS to its practical implementation in the manufacturing process. The extensive practical part deals with the implementation of AAS in decentralized production into Siemens S7-1500 series PLC systems with OPC UA servers, including an individual solution for prioritized queue application. The counterpart representing products is a central AAS Hub Client implemented in Python. The results are presented in the form of testing on a network of 29 virtual PLCs.

Analysis of hazardous metals in rPET granulate
Souček, Elena ; Řezáčová, Veronika (referee) ; Komendová, Renata (advisor)
Production of polymer products has increased rapidly in recent decades. Especially in food industry as a packaging it gained a dominant position when it replaced previously used materials. Due to the direct risk for human health it is necessary to be careful and pay attention to their composition. It is also necessary to develop methods to properly recycle and reuse already used material, not only produce new products. This thesis deals with the study of the content of risk elements in PET regranulate. The samples were completely decomposed by microwave radiation in an environment of concentrated sulfuric and nitric acid. They were subsequently analyzed by atomic absorption spectrometry (AAS). Flame atomization technique (FAAS) was used to determine Sb and Zn and electrothermal atomization (ETAAS) to determine Cd, Cr, Pb, Cu and Ni. This method was also used to study migration of antimony from samples to food simulant under different conditions (temperature, pH). This thesis follows up on the thesis of Mrs. Kryštofová who studied recycled PET flakes.
