This problem is solved by using of electronic simulator of transmitting signals that simulate operational data measured.
Aerodynamické uložení průmyslového rotoru turbodmychadla o výkonu 100 kW
Šimek, J. ; Kozánek, Jan ; Šafr, M.
Aerodynamic bearing support for the rotor of a 100 kW input industrial turboblower with operational speed of 18.000 rpm was designed and manufactured. Rotor with mass of about 50 kg is supported in two tilting-pad journal bearings 120 mm in diameter, axial forces are taken up by aerodynamic spiral groove thrust bearing 250 mm in diameter. In the paper some specific features of the bearing design are described and the results of rotor relative vibration measurement during putting the machine into trial operation are presented.

Pešek, Luděk ; Půst, Ladislav ; Vaněk, František ; Veselý, Jan ; Cibulka, Jan
A mathematical model of thermo-mechanical properties including stiffness and damping rheological parameters for the nonstationary loaded resilient elastomer element was developed and applied for ascertaining of rheological parameters. The comparison of measured and numerically obtained plots temperature of sample versus time proves the applicability of mathematical model for nonstationary loading.
Curves of equal fatigue lives under combined random stress
Svoboda, Jaroslav ; Fröhlich, Vladislav
The contribution deals with determining an influence of normal and tangential components of a stress on the total damage under combined random loading in tension-pressure and torsion. An experimental program ran with plain and notched tube specimens made out of low carbon steel ČSN 411523.1. Regression curves were obtained for several rations of standard deviations of the stress components. Basing on the regression curves, curves of equal fatigue lives were constructed. It is possible to use them for calculating asafe life of structures.
To issue of impact effects in planetary transmission systems with spur gears
Hortel, Milan ; Škuderová, Alena
The designing of gear systems with split power flow needs to be based on the perfect knowledge of dynamic phenomena in these light weekly and strongly nonlinear parametric systems. One in the notable dangerous effects of internal dynamics of such systems are impact effects due to tooth backlash existence in gear mesh. The contribution deals with simulation analysis of dynamic properties of impact effects in damping dependence for special case of system with split power flow.
