The Risk of the Selection of a Supplier with Fuzzy Logic

The thesis focuses on risk assessment of selection of chosen company suppliers. It evaluates the quality of suppliers using principles of fuzzy logic and the determining rules. The evaluation of suppliers is conducted using programs MS Office Excel and MATLAB. The thesis contains a comparison of results of these two programs.

The application of Fuzzy Logic to Support Customer Relationship Management

The master’s thesis focuses on application of fundamental principle of Fuzzy Logic to predict the selection of customers for direct marketing campaigns by incorporating fuzzy approach. A fuzzy model is proposed for selection of customers who should be targeted for sale of subscription schemes. Selection criteria are formulated on the basis of customer’s balance, customer’s age and annual income. Fuzzy logic approach is used for decision making for targeting specific customers for subscription of a product.
