Determination of measurement uncertainty of a coordinate measuring machine in nanometrology

The diploma thesis deals with the determination of measurement uncertainty on coordinate measuring machines in the field of nanometrology. These are SIOS NMM 1 and Zeiss UPMC 850 Carat machines, which are used at the CMI workplace in Brno. In the theoretical part, the work is devoted to basic terminology in the field of measurement and general characteristics of coordinate measuring machines. The theoretical part concludes with a description of the devices used for measurement. In the practical part, experimental measurements are performed on both devices with subsequent identification and quantification of individual components of uncertainties affecting the measurement. The last part of the thesis is devoted to the overall evaluation of measurements on Zeiss and SIOS devices and their metrological comparison.
Non-destructive testing of welds

The diploma thesis deals with the analysis of non-destructive testing methods intended for the control of welded joints. It discusses the scope of NDT tests for pressure piping according to the current European Union directive. In the next part, the work deals with the construction of a welded joint intended for pressure piping. In the practical part two stainless steel tubes were welded by TIG method. In the TIG method, the thesis deals with its principle of operation, advantages, disadvantages and its application. Subsequently, a visual, penetrating and radiological test was carried out on the weld. As a result of these tests, the weld is satisfactory.
Zabezpečování kvality výrobků v sériové výrobě

Předložená diplomová práce pojednává o zajišťování kvality produktů charakteru sériové výroby. Práce se zaměřuje na plánování kvality a proces schvalování produktů ve fázi vývoje. Blíže se zabývá problematikou počáteční studie způsobilosti procesu, což je jeden z požadavků procesu schvalování produktu do sériové výroby. Hlavním cílem práce je statistická analýza a následné zhodnocení procesu výroby zapouzdřené cívky pomocí metodiky DMAIC. Výstup potvrzuje významný vliv vstupního materiálu na sledovaný parametr. Na základě těchto výsledků byla navržena změna rozměrů nakupovaného dílu s předpokladem posunutí polohy procesu blíže středu tolerančního pole, vedoucí ke zvýšení způsobilosti procesu a tím také splnění požadavků zákazníka ke schválení produktu.
