In the theoretical part of the diploma theses, the structural characteristics of powders, the measurement conditions of the bulk volume were studied as well as the employment of method of autocorrelation in investigation of reproducibility of the measurements. In the experimental section, the results of repeated measurements of bulk volume of size fractions of sodium citrate and sorbitol are summarized together with values of the coefficients of autocorrelation needed for generation of the plots. The coefficients of autocorrelation were employed to validation of the measurement reproducibility of bulk volume of the free- flowable powder size fractions of the pharmaceutical excipients.

Kalorimetrické hodnocení kompatibilit mezi složkami tabletovin

Kopecká Milada - Rigorózní práce - 2006 Rigorózní práce se zabývá kompatibilitou léčivé látky s 15 pomocnými látkami za využití metody DSC. Teoretická část popisuje termoanalytické metody, metody termické metody, kalorimetrické metody a diferenciální skanovací kalorimetrii. Dále se zabývá krystalografickou strukturou tuhých látek. Cílem experimentální části práce bylo kalorimetrické zhodnocení samotné léčivé látky, všech pomocných látek a směsí léčivé látky s pomocnými látkami. Kompatibilita byla měřena na zařízení DSC 200 PC firmy Netzsch. Výsledkem práce bylo prokázání kompatibily léčivé látky s laktosou, Kopovidonem, Povidonem 25, oxidem křemičitým, mannitolem, Emcompressem, stearanem hořečnatým a stearanem vápenatým. Inkompatibilita byla zjištěna mezi léčivou látkou a glycerol behenátem.
