This thesis deals with the psychosocial climate of the school environment, especially the possibilities of its exploration. The work presents important sources of qualitative sociological research with a focus on the ethnographic approach in the first part. The first part follows the research report from the conducted research on the psychosocial climate of the elementary school in Nová Bystřice. The conclusion of the thesis concerns the recommendations for the school based on the identified characteristics. Completed school climate surveys mainly use qualitative data collection methods. This thesis uses qualitative methods and tries to show that such research methods are suitable for schools climate research.
Conics and other curves around us
This thesis deals with curves "around us". Emphasis is especially placed on conics and their occurrence in everyday life. They can occur for example in architecture, technology or in nature. In the Theoretical section of the thesis, individual conics and their basic properties are described. The text is interspersed with illustrated images that are created in dynamic mathematical software GeoGebra. The Practical part of the thesis is focused on the identification of conics and other curves in the photographs and images using software GeoGebra. Using findings of the Theoretical section the algebraic verification of identified curve of some photographs is done.
Water exchanger for fireplace

The diploma thesis is focused on problems connecting of fireplace with water heating systems. The thesis comprises concise description of fireplace and water heating systems. Particular the thesis is concerned with design proposal of heat water exchanger for fireplace. Last part is devoted to experimental measurement of operating parameters and summarize of getting results.

The bachelor’s thesis is focused on problems using of atmospherical and vacual solar collectors for cooling in areas of inside residential environment. The thesis comprises detail description of cooling technology powered by heating from solar photothermal collectors. Marginally the thesis is concerned with cooling technology powered by electricity. Last part is devoted to implemented solar cooling installations.
