Návrh marketingové komunikace se zaměřením na Japonské turisty ve vybraných institucích

Bachelor thesis is focused on the design of marketing communication of culture institutions targeting Japanese tourists in Czech Republic. As part of data analysis, research was conducted in the form of quantitative questionnaire survey, supplemented by qualitative in-depth interviews. The questionnaire survey took place through Japanese social media (n = 206). In-depth interviews (n = 7) were conducted with Japanese citizens who lived in Czech Republic during the research. Based on the data analysis, recommendations regarding marketing communication for cultural institutions were proposed.
