Proposal for Personell Strategy for a Small Company.

The aim of this paper is to propose a personnel strategy for a private company planning to recruit employees. This will be achieved by analysing the selected company, their activities, and internal processes to further understand the operation of the company and by analysing the labour market to help narrow down the selection of potential employees according to the desired criteria. The first part is theoretical and includes a definition of HR strategy, employee management, describes HR practices and how to implement them. The second part is methodological and describes the process of collecting the necessary data from both internal and external environments. This is followed by the analytical section where the results of the research strategies described in the previous section are listed. Last is the proposal section, where the research results are used to propose the HR strategy of the company.
