Zastoupení zaměstnanců ve volených orgánech akciové společnosti - komparativní pohled

Tato diplomová práce je věnována problematice zastoupení zaměstnanců ve volených orgánech akciové společnosti, jež byla v České republice významně novelizována začátkem roku 2020 prostřednictvím změn v zákoně o obchodních korporacích. Cílem této diplomové práce je za použití deskriptivní, analytické a komparativní metody zkoumat platnou právní úpravu třech vybraných zemí (České republiky, Velké Británie a Německa) a následně představit možné návrhy na revizi české úpravy de lege ferenda. Výběr právních řádů Velké Británie a Německa je veden snahou o zahrnutí dvou globálně zásadních inspiračních zdrojů, které však zároveň vychází z odlišných právních tradic. V první části této práce je představena problematika zastoupení zaměstnanců v širším kontextu s důrazem na shrnutí hlavních argumentů ohledně možných pozitiv a negativ, jež tento koncept v obecné rovině přináší. Druhá část je zaměřena na hlubší popis platného stavu v rámci tří zkoumaných právní řádů v rovinách závazných právních předpisů a soft law. Obsahuje i stručnou charakteristiku historického vývoje, jež je užitečná pro pochopení podoby právní úpravy de lege lata v takové hloubce, která umožňuje formulovat relevantní závěry ve vztahu k záměru práce. Proměny sociální struktury pražských sídlišť a jejich měnící se postavení v rámci města

The thesis analyses transformations in social structure of housing estates in Prague and their changing position within the city in comparison with other residential types. The aim is to investigate whether a socio-spatial differentiation is growing in contemporary Prague and investigate a formation of spots with concentration of specific groups with different socioeconomic status. Post-communist transformation brought many social changes which influenced socio-spatial pattern. Localities of new construction either within the city or at the edge of the city attract people with higher social status. The result of this selective migration is potential formation of pockets of poverty. Socialist housing estates assumes to be a place where social status decline the most. The thesis begins with a brief introduction about patterns of social inequalities in post-socialist city comparing to capitalist and socialist cities. Theoretical part also focuses on history and current changes of housing estates not only in cities of former socialist bloc but also in cities of Western Europe.
