Administrative penalties and protective measures
Zeman, Jan ; Prášková, Helena (advisor) ; Adamec, Martin (referee)
Administrative penalties and protective measures Summary The thesis deals with the topic of administrative penalties and protective measures in the Czech legal system. The aim is to comprehensively summarize the subject matter and to propose solutions for the shortcomings found. The information on their goal and function, the applicable legislation, the principles that govern them, the shortcomings in their application in practice and other aspects of the issue at hand were obtained mainly by studying and analyzing the legislation, the relevant professional literature as well as the applicable case law of the Constitutional Court as well as the Supreme Administrative Court. The first chapter of the thesis is dedicated to the principles of administrative punishment, focusing on those which, in according to the authors opinion, have the greatest influence on the content, relations and system of the types of administrative punishments and protective measures themselves. In the third chapter, the subchapters discuss the types of administrative punishments, the legal regulation of which can be found in Sections 45 to 50...
Study of implementation of SPC statistical method for control of technological operations
Ondruška, Jan ; Zeman, Karel (referee) ; Jurová, Marie (advisor)
The master’s thesis contains a procedure of implementation of statistical process control for a machining process in a chosen company. The method is based upon knowledge of this topic which are mentioned in the first part of the thesis. The output is a comparison of general process performance before and after implementation of the above-mentioned statistical method and evaluation of the influence of this new method at the process. The comparison is done using hypothesis testing of specific statistical variables and analysis of process performance and capability of both data sets. The acquired knowledge and experience will be used for implementation of statistical process control for other processes in the company’s production portfolio.
Methods of measuring bit rates
Franc, Jan ; Mišurec, Jiří (referee) ; Zeman, Václav (advisor)
Study and basic benchmarking methodology description of network connections based on the IP was the objective of bachelor work. I resulted above all from RFC standards, by which are directed most of Internet protocols. Particular procedures for testing are explained in RFC 2544. On the basis of parameters analysis, I suggested conception and gave shape to web application which allows identify referenced basic transfer parameters of Internet connection (downstream, upstream, latency, scattering of connection speed). Application doesn’t require no add-ons and modules on user side. It is built on server programming language PHP with usage of relational MySQL database, in which are stored data. Client scripting language JavaScript is also used. Application offers measuring of mentioned parameters both to visitors and to registered users. Matter of course is user registration; work with history of carried out measuring, sending private messages between registered users. Above whole application exists administrator account.

Zeman, Jan ; Prokeš, Vladimír (referee) ; Kříž, Jiří (advisor)
This thesis focuses on the design of SQL database for support Human resources management and its creation in MS SQL Server.
Methods for the measurement of bit rates in data networks
Franc, Jan ; Martinásek, Zdeněk (referee) ; Zeman, Václav (advisor)
The target of this master's thesis were the known methods for testing the quality of transfer parameters of data networks. I have studied the RFC 2544 document to analyze these tests. From that information and by studying other existing web-based applications I was able to design a concept of my own application that will allow to measure basic quality parameters of transfers made through the Internet (the parameters: downstream, upstream, latency, variance of these and a traced route). My application doesn't require any modifications on the user's system. It's built on the server-based programming language PHP and uses the relational database engine MySQL to store measurement and user data. On the client side, it's assisted by the JavaScript scripting language. Both registered users and visitors are allowed to perform the listed measurements. Registered users are able to browse the history of their own benchmark results and also to send messages to others. There is an administrative account to oversee the operations. Another part of my thesis work is an application for Windows that performs the same measurements but does not use JavaScript.
Project of PV System for a Commercial Building
Zeman, Daniel ; Morávek, Jan (referee) ; Mastný, Petr (advisor)
The main purpose of this work is to describe the basic principles of PV modules and to define the conditions for the construction of PV systems. Define the differences between the various types of PV systems and for the selected object handle system design in accordance with applicable legal conditions. For the proposed technical solution to handle complex energy-economic analysis conducted by the proposal. The work also ncludes procedures for calculating the various parameters that have been known for the correct design of the entire system in a given location during temperature changes and changes in solar irradiance.
Suggestion of Financing of a Housing by Estate Agency´s Clients
Máčková, Zuzana ; Grmela, Jan (referee) ; Zeman, Václav (advisor)
The thesis mainly deals with the most important financial products at real estate market. The first part deals with certain types of mortgage loan, its collateral, process for execution and fees for processing, maturity and possibility of maturity the mortgage loan. It also includes the issue of building savings, its functions, purpose, minimal time of savings, interest rates and eventually also loan from building savings. The second part focuses on the offer of mortgage loans, building savings and subsequent comparison of these products on model example.
Film Credits
Vrzáková, Barbora ; Zeman, Michal (referee) ; Šrámek,, Jan (advisor)
This work contains three animated alternative solutions of movie opening title credits for three real movie pieces.
Integration of microstructure informed enrichment base functions
Ladecký, Martin ; Zeman,, Jan (referee) ; Eliáš, Jan (advisor)
This thesis deals with problems related to the numerical integration of rapidly oscillatory functions. Analyze classical methods of numerical integration and compare them with method published by David Levin\cite{levin82}. Levin's method is applied in solving Laplace differential equation that describes deflection of membrane. To solve potential problem is used hybrid finite element method with Trefftz bases functions.
Tax Heavens from Czech Republic Perspective
Zeman, David ; Hodinková, Monika (referee) ; Kopřiva, Jan (advisor)
In the theoretical part this work deals with the concept of tax havens, their distribution, use and selection. The second part compares three companies in the Czech Republic with a turnover of hundreds of thousands to several millions, and it demonstrates which for them would be advantageous or disadvantageous - to operate in the tax haven compared to staying in the Czech Republic.
