The thesis is focused on the role of mediation in family conflicts. The aim of the thesis is to define mediation as a professional alternative method which is helpful for resolution of disputes. The aim is also to define its role in family conflict. The theoretical part describes mediation as the professional method and it is dedicated to the specific requisites to. It also presents the definition of basic concepts and terms of related issues of mediation. Attention is paid to the specifics of family mediation. The empirical part of the thesis describes the real stories of participants in mediation. It shows the progress and terminations of mediation. The aim of the empirical part is a deeper understanding of the mediation process in practice. The conclusion summarizes all the gained knowledge from theoretical and practical part of thesis. The aim of my thesis is to outline the current situation of the issue of financial literacy of the population in the Czech Republic. It pays attention to the theoretical aspects of financial literacy from many angles. The practical part is focused on the possible consequences of financial illiteracy and their consequent effects on individuals. The outcome of my work is the proposal how to use the basic tools of the state to achieve financial literacy.

The analysis of the marketing plan of company ZOO Prague

The aim of this diploma thesis was to analyze the most important points of the marketing plan of the company ZOO Prague and evaluate the results and lessons learned during the analysis. The work also contains proposals of new marketing objectives, which could enhance current marketing activities of the company. The first two chapters focus on the theoretical definitions and the following chapters deal with partial analyzes. For example, the analysis of macro and micro (environment). The thesis also includes an own survey, supported by mystery shopping.

My bachelor thesis deals with the subject of Typographical principles in publication -- didactic transformation of the curriculum of the education field Graphic designer for media. In the theoretical part organization forms of teaching and teaching methods of practical teaching and professional training are described. The processing method of the theoretical part was studying scientific literary sources, make notes and their analysis, synthesis and comparison. In the practical part there is didactic material for the teaching subject Publication -- book. This material consists of methodology of teachers and working sheets for third form pupils of the education field Graphic designer for media. The processing method of the practical part was studying scientific literary sources, analysis of documents, synthesis and comparison.

The heritage of Tomas Bata to current entrepreneurs

The bachelor's thesis deals with the heritage of Tomas Bata that he left for the future entrepreneurs. On the basis of gathering and categorizing the information gained using czech books about Bata and his management and also using internet resources the thesis tries to accomplish its goal which is to find and determine the heritage of Tomas Bata to current entrepreneurs. By analysing the gathered information I came to the conclusion that the most valuable heritage of Tomas Bata are his own ideas, his Management System, business strategy and the corporate social responsibility that he followed.
