Evaluation of the Financial Situation of a Company and Proposals for its Improvement

This bachelor´s thesis is focused on the evaluation of the financial situation of a selected company and is followed by proposals on its improvement during the period between the years 2014–2018. The name of the analyzed company is DT – Výhybkárna a strojírna, a.s. and her main activity is a production of railway and tram turnouts. Bachelor´s thesis is divided into theoretical and practical part. In theoretical part the basic concepts are explained and the selected indicators are described. The following practical part is there to use the information from previous theory to do the financial analysis itself. At the end of bachelor´s thesis there is a space for some proposals to improve the financial health of the company.

The Bachelor's Thesis consists of two parts. At first it deals with methods of the speed rotary measurement summary from history to the current methods applied. In the second part we can see a project and the actual production of the strobe rotation speed scanner and IR rotation speed scanner. All it is implemented in the solderless breadboard and under employment of the development kit EvB 4.3 based with the microcontroller Atmega 644p.
Sensors and motor control of mobile robot

The diploma thesis is dealing with the proposal and realization of the sensor and drive system of the four wheel mobile robot. The control unit is a miniature computer Raspberry Pi. The robot will be employed in the future for the environment mapping and location. For this purpose robot exploits the different types of sensors. The information of these sensors is being processed by the Xmega microcontroller. Another microcontroller together with H-bridge DRV-8432 is used to control the direct current drives.
