Project Proposal Development of Generic Medical Product

Diploma thesis is focused on project which will serve as a proposal for development of generic product for the company Teva Czech Industries s.r.o. Project management methods will be used in this work. Output of thesis is going to be a project plan which will be compiled using the functions of MS Project program. Several analyses such as risk analysis or source analysis are going to be part of other outputs.

This thesis analyzes the company Teva Czech Industries Ltd. The analysis is realized based on economic indicators, supported by analysis of time series. The issue of financial and statistical theory is explained in the theoritical part. It describes the basic concepts for a better understanding of the whole work. Teva Czech Industries Ltd. is introduced in the practical part. This thesis also evaluates selected economic indicators, and some of these results are displayed using a time series and regression analysis. Conclusion of the thesis offers suggestions for the company, which i recommend to perform in the future such as reducing inventory turnaround times, etc.

Financial analysis of the company Jihomoravská plynárenská, Inc.

Cílem bakalářské práce je provést co nejobjektivnější hodnocení jak finanční situace, tak celkového postavení podniku na trhu. V úvodu je stručně popsáno plynárenské odvětví, ve kterém se společnost pohybuje a charakterizována samotná JMP, a.s. Hlavní část potom obsahuje jednotlivé analýzy, ukazatele a mezipodnikové srovnání, na jejichž základě lze rozpoznat silné a slabé stránky podniku. Shrnutí, doporučení a rady pro daný podnik jsou součástí závěru.

City logistics and problems of big agglomeration - New York City

The main goal of the diploma thesis is to describe and evaluate the form of city logistics and transportation services in New York City and to define related basic problems. The theoratical part focuses on the general background of distribution processes, logistics technologies based on transport and city logistics in general. Then in the practical part there is commented the status and trends in personal, freight transport, distribution and storage of goods in New York region, the largest problems of transportation services in aglomeration and strategies of their solution. The conclusion contains the summary and recommendations.
