Proposal of Communication Mix for Tennis Club

The bachelor´s thesis is focused on the proposal of communication mix for the newly established tennis club based on the analytical part. Gross Tenis club Nová Ves is a club of which is the main purpose and the main activity to improve the performance of talented young tennis players and to promote sports education of young people. The work includes the theoretical, analytical and proposal part. The theoretical part summarizes the basic knowledge from the literature. The analytical part includes the analysis of contemporary market situation and the marketing research among the potential clients of the pub. The proposal part introduces own proposals of the communication mix of the tennis club.

The Proposal to Extend the Kindergarten

This thesis analyzes the current state of the selected Kindergarten. Based on the analysis made a proposal to extend kindergarten, due to lack of capacity building. The thesis is designed to address deficiencies occurring in kindergarten. It created a proposal to extend the new kindergarten class together with the calculation of the costs incurred and revenues.

The theme of this thesis is to define of the enterprise‘s business aim and apply it to concrete business plan. The first part of this thesis concludes an entry to the sector of small and middle-sized enterprises; there are definitions of specific attributes of these enterprises, their advantages and disadvantages, and their importance for an economy. In next part of thesis influences affected enterprise are analysed. Thesis includes proposal for development of the company based on specific advantages and suppresed the most significant threats. Final part of thesis contents processing of business plan for established small-sized enterprice.

The subject of this Master’s thesis is to define of the enterprise’s business aim and apply it to concrete business plan. The first part of this thesis concludes an entry to the sector of small and midle-sized enterprises; there are definitions of specific attributes of these enterprises, their advantages and disadvantages, and their importance for an economy and the procedure of processing the business plan. In practical part are applied theoretical findings including important analysis and calculations supporting defined goal. Thesis includes proposal for development of the company based on specific advantages and suppresed the most significant threats.

Synthesis of Substituted Phthalocyanines with Bulky Substutients

PharmDr. Petr Zimčík Ph.D Title of Thesis Synthesis of substituted phthalocyanines with bulky substutients Synthesis of symmetric phthalocyanines and naphthalocyanines containing bulky substituent (tert- butylsulfanyl and later pentan-3-ylsulfanyl group) in their structure was aim of my master thesis. The precursors, 6,7-bis(tert-butylsulfanyl)naphthalene-2,3-dicarbonitrile and two 3,6-disubstituted phthalonitriles were prepared as starting materials. Synthesis of 3,4,12,13,21,22,30,31-octakis(tert- butylsulfanyl)naphthalocyaninato zinc(II) complex proceeded without any problems using diazabicycloundecene and zinc acetate in butanol. However, cyclotetramerization of precursor to octakis- 1,4,8,11,15,18,22,25-(tert-butylsulfanyl)phthalocyaninato zinc(II) complex was problematic. I could not find a suitable method of synthesis. As an alternative to this compound I tried to prepare analogue containing flexible pentane-3-ylsulfanyl instead of tert-butylsulfanyl group. In this case, a magnesium butoxide was used as initiator of cyclotetramerization. Magnesium complex was transformed to the zinc complex by removal of central magnesium...

PharmDr. Petr Zimčík Ph.D Azaphthalocyanines substituted with one aminogroup-influence of aliphatic substituents on intramolecular charge transfer. At the beginning of my thesis I was working on synthesis of 1,2,6,7,11,12,16,17- octakis-[(4-dimethylamino)benzylidenamino] porphyrazine from N,N-bis[(4- dimethylamino)benzylidenamino]fumaronitrile and N,N-bis[(4-dimethylamino) benzylidenamino]maleonitrile. Cyclotetramerization was performed with magnesium butoxide, zinc acetate in quinoline or in N, N-dimethylformamide. Unfortunately, no product was obtained. As an alternative aim, I started to deal with synthesis of unsymmetrical azaphthalocyanines substituted with one amino group. The amino group is a donor in intramolecular charge transfer. This process competes with fluorescence and singlet oxygen formation and may lead to compounds useful as dark quenchers of fluorescence in hybridization probes. I prepared a precursors, substituted pyrazine-2,3-dicarbonitriles, containing primary amino group, diethylamino- or butylamino- group.
