Zajíčková, Šárka ; Lamka, Jiří (advisor) ; Jílek, Petr (referee)
Charles University in Prague Faculty of Pharmacy in Hradec Králové Department of pharmacology and toxikology Student. Šárka Zajíčková Supervisor: Prof. RNDr. Jiří Lamka, CSc. Title of diploma thesis: Results of parasitological diagnosis and evaluation of drug administrations in population of wisents in the game enclosure Židlov II This diploma thesis continues on the thesis "Results of parasitological diagnosis and evaluation of drug administrations in population of wisents in the game enclosure Židlov I." This second part deals with the examination of parazitostatus of an acclimatization enclosure after the release of bisons into the game enclosure Židlov. Parazitostatus of the acclimatization enclosure was tested by biological study using sheep. A nine sheep herd was placed, on the vegetation season, into acclimatization object and spend there 7 months. For another 3 months (winter season) this herd was stabled in the breeding object, then 6 pieces were butchered and then undergoed parasitological autopsy. Samples of fresh droppings of these sheep were, across the whole period of biological studies, coprologically examined for the presence of trematode eggs. Findings were in all cases negative. Also, the autopsy examination did not prove the presence of trematodes, the acclimatization enclosure...

Zajíčková, Šárka ; Bavlovič Piskáčková, Hana (advisor) ; Šesták, Vít (referee)
Charles University in Prague, Faculty of Pharmacy in Hradec Králové Department of Faculty of Pharmacy in Hradec Králové Candidate Mgr. Šárka Zajíčková Consultant Mgr. Hana Bavlovič Piskáčková, Ph.D. Title of Thesis Extraction of amphetamines and synthetic cathinones from breast milk using liquid membrane microextraction techniques Amphetamine-type stimulants (ATSs) refer to a group of pharmacological and toxicological agents that have a common phenethylamine structural backbone. In addition to their limited pharmacological use, they are primarily abused as recreational drugs due to their psychostimulant effects. They currently represent the second largest group of illicit used drugs in the world. the second largest group of illicit used drugs in the world. The main representatives of this group include amphetamine (AMF, speed), methamphetamine (MAMF, pervitin) or 3,4-methylenedioxy-N-methamphetamine (MDMA, ecstasy). This ATSs also includes synthetic cathinones, which belong to the group of new psychoactive substances (NPS), which are primarily synthesized in order to circumvent the law, because they are often not included in the list of prohibited drugs. All of these compounds are low molecular weak bases which are widely distributed to tissues and biological fluids, including placenta and breast...
The injuries of spine and spinal cord from the rescuer's point of view
ZAJÍČKOVÁ, Šárka
This bachelor thesis on "Spinal and spinal cord injuries from the perspective of a paramedic" is devided into theoretical and research part. Theoretical part is devoded to anatomy and physiology of spinal and spinal cord. Further the most common injuries of spinal and spinal cord are described in this thesis. Approximately one half of theoretical part is devoded to urgent pre-hospital care for patients with sespected spinal and spinal cord injuries. One aim for research part was define: To find out the view of paramedics on the issue of spinal and spinal cord injury. Based on this aim 3 research questions were define. The first one is: "How the paramedics investigate patients with suspected spinal and spinal cord injuries?" The second one is: "What therapeutic procedures include spinal and spinal cord injuries in pre-hospital emergency care according to pramedics?" and the third one is: "How the paramedics are being trained for spinal and spinal cord injuries?" The qualitative research to obtain necessary data was used in the form of semi-structured interviews with 12 paramedics who perform their profession at the emergency medical service in the South Bohemia. The respondents answered 16 pre-prepared questions. Written records were made with their verbal consents. Obtained data were devided into 10 categories. The research showed that paramedics have insufficient knowledge of how to investigate patients with spinal and spinal cord injuries. Respondents did not show sufficient knowledge in the therapeutic procedures. Allthough the respondents state that they are educated in the given issue I consider their awareness in the area of spinal and spinal cord injuries to be insufficient because of found deficiencies.

The possibility of usage of the Danube-Oder-Elbe canal for the river transportation within the countries of the central Europe
Zajíčková, Šárka ; Zelený, Lubomír (advisor) ; Veselá, Klára (referee)
This thesis analyses potential benefits of Danube-Oder-Elbe canal to the states of the central Europe. In order to do that it is necessary to describe the current importance of inland navigation within these states as well as the condition of the waterways. The main bottlenecks on existing infrastructure are the missing locks. The paper also looks into the development of support of the Danube-Oder-Elbe canal from the first reference in 1700 to the year of 2014. The last part of the work deals with the calculation of estimated direct costs and profits of the construction. Besides the direct there are also indirect expenses, which cover not only the necessary repairs and maintenance, but also external costs. External costs of inland water navigation are estimated to be six times lower than those of road transport. This difference could be a significant competitive advantage of the river transportation.
The position of inland water transportation in the international trade
Zajíčková, Šárka ; Němečková, Iveta (advisor) ; Hinčica, Vít (referee)
The inland water navigation plays an important role in terms of transportation, although through time it was outperformed by the means of transport associated rather with roads or railways. This paper analyses the position of inland water transportation in the international trade, focused mainly on the European Union. The paper itself is divided into six parts. First three chapters follow the river navigation through the history and the changes in its position in the international trade, the types of classification of goods and also the vision of the European Union about the way the inland water transportation may develop in the future. The aim of chapter four is to focus on volumes and types of goods transported internationally within the European Union. The way the Czech Republic takes part in this transportation is also characterized there. The fifth chapter describes the benefits and drawbacks this particular means of transport brings. The last, sixth chapter aims at the subjects active in the field of inland water navigation in the Czech Republic and the problems they are to overcome.
