Ecodesign and its influence on the design of production machines
Sovják, Richard ; Tůma, Jiří (referee) ; Zahálka, Jiří (advisor)
The bachelor thesis focuses on processing regulatory legislative standards applying to production machines. It provides an overview of tools for assessing the life cycle of products using the methods of eco-design and summarizes the current approach manufacturers of production machinery in improving the energy efficiency of their products. It includes new design and conceptual design of production machinery including new machining technologies. It presents the advantages of virtual prototyping, additive technologies, optimization, toolpath verification and simulation of cutting forces. The result is a comprehensive overview of the factors affecting the eco design of production machines.
Statistical analysis in quality management
Chlebounová, Klára ; Knobloch, Josef (referee) ; Zahálka, Jiří (advisor)
The goal of this thesis is to create a literary research on the methods of statistical data processing in the field of quality management and to make their overview along with the possibilities of using them. A practical example shows how to determine manufacturing process stability and qualification determining, using the Shewhart’s control chart and capability indexes. This methodics should serve as a guideline for manufacturing process evaluation. As a brief summary of generally used statistical data processing methods, this thesis should serve all, who are engaged in quality management.
The proposal of a special measuring device to check the chamfer
Novotný, Jan ; Zahálka, Jiří (referee) ; Pernikář, Jiří (advisor)
This diploma thesis consist of basic overview of contact and non-contact measuring methods used at present days across industrial Applications. On the base of given specification for designing of measuring station for measuring chamfer of rotary components The choice and evaluation of theoretical applicability for our application is performed. In the practical part of this diploma thesis The applicability is verified. Performance of these a few exemplary measuring shows possible way of design of constructional solution. All this in a close cooperation with company MESING.
Modern methods of quality management
Vyškovský, Jan ; Zahálka, Jiří (referee) ; Kotek, Luboš (advisor)
This bachelor's thesis is about Modern methods of quality managements. In theoretical part are principles of the methods, which are the main part of this bachelor´s thesis. The names of these methods are Advanced product quality planning, Kanban and Eight disciplines of solving problem. This part is literature review of each method. The practical part, which was done in cooperation with ZETOR TRACTORS a.s., was about real usage of these methods. Case study was done in this part to.
Risk analysis of the industrial enterprise
Zahálka, Jiří ; Tabas, Marek (referee) ; Kotek, Luboš (advisor)
The aim of the thesis is to create a literature search for risk analysis in industrial company, establish a methodology for risk analysis, identify risks their consequences and probability and to design recommendations for their reduction. This thesis should become useful tool for the company BORCAD cz, Ltd. to identify risks which could have serious impacts to the organization. Thesis maps these threats across the company from the perspective of the jobs, the risk of manufacturing machines and equipment and risks resulting from the use of burning furnace to natural gas.
Assessment of workplace production line
Obritzhauser, Filip ; Zahálka, Jiří (referee) ; Tůma, Zdeněk (advisor)
This bachelor’s thesis deals with design of workplaces production lines, witch are widely used today. All factors affecting work safety are analyzed. In the last part the thesis focuses on design of a typical workplace production line, witch is used for mounting a pressure sensor by molding.
Evaluation of present technologies in ensuring functional safety of machinery
Koten, Jakub ; Blecha, Radim (referee) ; Zahálka, Jiří (advisor)
This bachelor’s thesis deals with the evaluation of present technologies in ensuring functional safety of machinery. The first part devotes to the technical standards, which are related to this issue. It explains the most common terms occurring in these standards and the description of the basic principles for the design and ensuring the functional safety of machinery. The second part presents the elements ensuring functional safety. These are the input elements that monitor a device and its surroundings. Logical elements which, under specified conditions assess inputs and send output elements impulses to respond. Then there is the chapter showing on the example the design and verification of the performance level and safety integrity level.
Machine tools for large-scale production
Nejedlý, Tomáš ; Zahálka, Jiří (referee) ; Tůma, Jiří (advisor)
The bachelor thesis focuses on the issue of processing machine in large-lot production. First part of this paper includes an overview in the field of constructional single purpose machines. Typified nodes of individual producers are described in this part. Then this part describes machines of companies which deal with the issue mentioned above. In the second part of the bachelor thesis is elaborated a project of proper production machine. The project is elaborated on the basis of facts consequent on the overview in the first part of this paper.
Modern methods of quality management
Kadilák, Tomáš ; Zahálka, Jiří (referee) ; Kotek, Luboš (advisor)
This bachelor thesis processes topic: Modern methods of quality management. Basic and newer tools of quality management are described in this work and mutual comparison of their use in products’ life cycle. The results were obvious: basic tools are more focused on process itself and measurement of actual process, whereas newer tools design, plan and create completely new process and making it as efficient as possible even before they are brought into practical use. The second part of thesis describes three chosen methods which are diametrically different from previous ones. Kanban, system supporting lean production idea and lowering quantity of storage in process and store room, 5S method is increasing orderliness and lucidity in whole production and on each workplace and DMAIC method is used for complex problem solving and fulfilling customers’ requirements. In the end is evaluation, that despite of high usability of basic and newer tools there are cases in which they fail and is necessary to use one of the three chosen methods.
Measurement and evaluation of high-speed process
Šťastný, Michal ; Zahálka, Jiří (referee) ; Kotek, Luboš (advisor)
This bachelor thesis follows up the issue of high-speed camera systems. First part of this thesis outline some historical milestones of high-speed shooting and describe the basic principle of image processing with a digital camera. Next part of this thesis is focused on comparison of high-speed camera systems of the most known producers. Finally there is the measurement by high speed camera Olympus i-SPEED 2 and it’s evaluation at the end of thesis.
