Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na zpracování soupisu legislativních předpisů, nařízení a norem ovlivňující výrobní stroje. Obsahuje přehled nástrojů pro posuzování životního cyklu výrobků za pomocí metodik ecodesignu a shrnuje současný přístup výrobců výrobních strojů v oblasti zvyšování energetické účinnosti jejich výrobků. Zahrnuje nové konstrukční a koncepční řešení výrobních strojů včetně nových technologií obrábění. Představuje výhody virtuálního prototypování, aditivních technologií, optimalizace, verifikace dráhy nástroje a simulace řezných sil. Výsledkem je ucelený přehled faktorů ovlivňující ecodesign výrobních strojů. The bachelor thesis focuses on processing regulatory legislative standards applying to production machines. It provides an overview of tools for assessing the life cycle of products using the methods of eco-design and summarizes the current approach manufacturers of production machinery in improving the energy efficiency of their products. It includes new design and conceptual design of production machinery including new machining technologies. It presents the advantages of virtual prototyping, additive technologies, optimization, toolpath verification and simulation of cutting forces. The result is a comprehensive overview of the factors affecting the eco design of production machines.
