Title: Personalities of the second generation of the Czechoslovak restoration school and their activities in the Department of Conservation and Restoration of the National Gallery in Prague between 1956 and 1970 Abstract The diploma thesis focuses on the reflection and analysis of the activities of the restorers Mojmír Hamsík, Věra Frömlová and František S. Tvrdý, who formed the second generation of the so-called Czechoslovak school of restoration, which has not been paid attention to so far. The restorers were graduates of the Academy of Fine Arts, where, under the tutelage of Professor Bohuslav Slánský, they acquired knowledge in the field of painting and conservation techniques and subsequently worked in the Department of Conservation and Restoration of the National Gallery in Prague, where they focused primarily on the restoration of paintings. For a more comprehensive grasp of the issue, the period between 1956 and 1970 is briefly outlined by the initial aspects that had a fundamental influence on the development and formation of the field of restoration in Czechoslovakia. Leading Multicultural Teams. Case Study of XYZ.

The main objective of the thesis is to analyze the topic of leading multicultural teams, with a specific attention to the particular example of the company XYZ; and answer the research questions with the gathered data and construct recommendations. The theoretical part provides a comprehensive overview of the concepts of multinational corporations, teams, multicultural teams and leadership. The assumptions derived from the theory serve as a base for the following empirical part, where the theoretical research is completed with a qualitative study. The qualitative study was conducted in cooperation with the company XYZ and professionals working directly in the multicultural teams were interviewed. By combining the findings from both theoretical and empirical part, many of the assumed benefits, especially the increased creativity, of the multicultural teams were confirmed. However, the negative aspects were identified as well, with the more difficult communication above all.

Marketing strategy of Ski resort Klínovec

The aim of this bachelor thesis is to analyse marketing environment, in which the comapany Ski resort Klínovec operates, and according to this analysis make recommendations and suggestions for improving marketing communication and provided services. The thesis is divided into six parts. In first part, there I present the company, in second part, there I make SWOT analysis. In third part, there is an analysis of customers, which is accompanied with an analysis of competition in part four. Fifth chapter contains detailed analysis of marketing mix of the company. In last part, there I make recommendations, which the company can implement in the future.

On-line marketing of energy companies

The target of thesis is to outline the situation of on-line marketing of energy companies and through questionnaire research to discover whether communication with the energy companies through social networks for constant and potential clients is interesting, or what mades it attractive. The thesis should be a kind of a pilot survey in the area of marketing communication between energy companies and their clients.
