Marketing strategy of Svijany brewery

The aim of this thesis is, based on the knowledge of marketing theory, to describe in detail marketing strategy of Svijany brewery, analyze its strengths and weaknesses and based on these findings recommend changes that would help brewery in the future. Thesis includes secondary analysis of surveys, MML-TGI database and SWOT matrix on whose basis the proposals are made.
Marketing strategy of franchise chain Subway

The aim of this work is to theoretically describe the functioning of marketing and franchising in all its aspects and with each other. On the particular example of SUBWAY chain I discovered weaknesses in terms of marketing and then tried to eliminate them and to propose some helpful changes. Practical part is based both on personal knowledge and information from owners and managers of several restaurants in Prague and Brno.
