Teacher and authority

The master's theses focuses primarily on creating and a form of teacher's authority. It presents individual types, tries to describe what influences the authority and how easy it is to lose the authority. The master's theses also deals with teacher as a holder of authority and also deals with the issues of autority as a co-creator of discipline in the class. The goal of the practical part is to analyse the issues of authority and discipline in a class in high school. The research has two phases. The first one is a record of observation of 10 lessons taught by beggining teacher in a class that was marked as undisciplined by other teachers. The research is in the next phase completed by questionnaire survey "Evaluation of teacher by the student" (according to Holeček, 2014: p. 203, 204). Thee result of the research says that the the teacher is perceived by the students as a positive authority which makes students interested in his subject and the teacher is also perceived as a responsive person.

In the 1990s when enlargement of Euro-Atlantic organizations was slowly becoming reality, a theory exploring interaction between an organization and its member states gradually resigned from primary perception of the state as a socialized actor (socializee) and this concept was substituted by the notion of political actors. It was the theory of socialization that became more and more important in terms of examining impact of political organizations on political representatives of Member States, their behaviour and possible interaction between them. This recent and dynamic theory was often confronted with obstacles, especially in terms of its theoretical anchoring. Even within the framework of ongoing academic debate, this theory did not obtain clear recognition. Researches examining causal relationship between socialization and subsequent behaviour of politicians come up with various results. The aim of this thesis is to enter into this debate and verify the hypothesis assuming that the decisions of foreign policy actors are influenced by socialization of respective political actor. Different positions and roles of men and women in society

The Bachelor thesis deals, as its name suggests, with the diferent roles of men and women in the society. The theoretical part of this work is thematically focused on the diferences of the individual sex and the problems of the gender roles, along with the disorders of gender. This part also deals with diferent roles of men and women in the labour market. These diferences are described as diferences of average wages, jobs, profesional development and segragation of work. The practical part of the Bachelor thesis includes own research conisting of opinion of the society on the selected questions relating to problems of gender. The technique of an questionnaire was used to obtain the data. The obtained data were analysed later on and aranged into tables and graphs.
