TJ Sokol Pilsen Doubravka in the years 1900-1950
VÍTOVCOVÁ, Jana Marie
The thesis deals with the history of the Sokol Physical Education Unit Pilsen Doubravka in the years 1900-1950. It captures in which way the Sokol Physical Education Unit Doubravka developed, which historical events affected it either positively and negatively. The thesis is divided into a total of five chapters. The first of them is of completely theoretical character and the problematic of free time is processed here. The next four chapters deal with the Sokol Physical Education Unit Doubravka in the first 50 years of its existence examining the individual historical events which are arranged chronologically.
Analysis, characterization and separation of 2,6-diaminopimelic acid derivatives by capillary zone electrophoresis and micellar electrokinetic chromatography
Vítovcová, Miloslava ; Coufal, Pavel (advisor) ; Čabala, Radomír (referee)
In this work, capillary zone electrophoresis (CZE) and micellar electrokinetic chromatography (MEKC) with UV-photometric detection were used for the determination of degree of chemical purity, limit of detection (LOD) and limit of quantitation (LOQ) of N-acyl derivatives of 2,6-diaminopimelic acid (DAP). The characterization of DAP derivatives was performed by determination of their effective electroforetic mobilities in several background electrolytes in acidic and alkalic pH range. The mobilities were corrected to reference temperature 25 řC. Separation of the mixture of DAP derivatives were achieved by MEKC in acid background elektrolyte (500 mmol·dm-3 acetic acid, pH 2.54) using anionic surfactant 60 mmol·dm-3 sodium dodecylsulfate (SDS) as a constituent of the micellar pseudostationary phase. Subject words: analytical chemistry, separation methods, capillary electromigration methods, derivatives of amino acids Key words: capillary zone electrophoresis, micellar electrokinetic chromatography, derivatives of 2,6-diaminopimelic acid

Capillary electrophoresis applied to analysis and characterization of mono-N-acyl-2,6-diaminopimelic acid derivatives
Vítovcová, M. ; Hlaváček, Jan ; Pícha, Jan ; Vaněk, Václav ; Jiráček, Jiří ; Kašička, Václav
Capillary zone electrophoresis and micellar electrokinetic chromatography have been employed for determination of electrophoretic purity degree, limit of detection and limit of quantification of twelve mono-Nacylated derivatives of 2,6-diaminopimelic acid (DAP). In addition, the DAP derivatives were characterized by effective electrophoretic mobilities of their cationic and anionic forms in several classical and isoelectric buffer-based background electrolytes within a broad pH range 2.18 – 8.64.
