Šárka Vávrová Title: Work with elderly people in selected social institucions The work deals with the theoretical aspect of aging and the old age-from the biological and psychological point of view. You will find here information about the forms of social security for senior citizens in the Czech Republic. A substantial section of this work in devoted to the research of several selected social care facilities in the South Bohemian town of Strakonice. More precisely two homes for the elderly and nursing home, in which there was carried out a qualitative research and quantitative research, which takes place at the individual facilities on a regular basis. Řízení kvality podle Modelu Excelence - EFQM

Model Excelence je moderní způsob řízení kvality. Model se skládá z devíti kritérií a dalších třicetidvou subkritérií. Práce se zabývá pouze dvěma kritérii, a to vedením a pracovníky. Cílem práce je zhodnocení řízení kvality podle Modelu Excelence v těchto dvou kritérií a následné návrhy na zlepšení stávající situace v dané společnosti.
