Bachelor thesis "Analysis of conditions of job satisfaction rise and developement" deals with work motivation and job satisfaction. The aim of this study were to investigate the theoretical concepts and main approaches to researching job satisfaction, which is defined as an affective or emotional response toward various facets of job. Attention is applied to the effect of individual attributes, job characteristics and organizational variables on job attitudes, which includes job satisfaction and organizational commitment. Evaluation of job satisfaction is monitoring through the following job dimensions: working condition, coworkers, superior, reward, management, self-actualization, which may significantly contribute to job satisfaction. According to goal this study was proposed and tested original instrument for measuring job satisfaction in background of concrete organization. Results of survey destined areas of working life, at what should be oriented attention of management.

Analysis of cyberbullying in adolescents

Diploma thesis "Analysis of cyberbullying in adolescents" deals with cyberbullying fenomenon as a new form of bullying and harassment. The aim of this study were to investigate the theoretical concepts and main approaches to researching cybervictimization and cyberbullying, which can be described as an bullying using mobile phones and the internet. According to goal this study was proposed and tested original instrument for measuring cyberbullying among adolescents. The purpose of the research was to examine the nature and extent of cyberbullying experiences among adolescents and the association with traditional bullying, parental control, internet usage, internet risk behavior, life satisfaction, grade, and gender.
