Bulk forming technology of connecting pin

The project elaborated in frame of engineering studies branch M-STG proposes a technology of connecting pin – structural steel 11 320 5R. The technological calculations were performed and the production procedure was devised on the basic on the literary study of cold bulk forming with concentration on the extrusion and upsetting. Forming machine was design HATEBUR BKA-3 with a nominal power 1800 kN. The component is made in four forming operations. Extruder will be made from tool steel 19 830, extrusion die from tool steel 19 830 and clamp ring from tool steel 19 740.

Manufacturing possibilities in cold forming procesess

This project is elaborated in the bachelor's degree field of engineering technology. The main objective of this work is the chosen technology for cold forming their valuation and illustrative examples of products manufactured as follows. There are presented examples of unconventional types of technologies and concludes with a brief overview of companies dealing with cold-forming, with examples of their products and their uses.

Merger of a parent company and its subsidiary and its specifics compared to the general regulation of mergers

Merger of a parent company and its subsidiary and its specificity compared to the general regulation of mergers The topic of this diploma thesis are the mergers between parent companies and subsidiaries. In my view, this is a very relevant topic nowadays which can be often faced in practice. The aim of this thesis is above all to describe the differences between this type of mergers and the other types (it is not my aim to describe the whole process of mergers between parent companies and subisdiaries step by step as a large part of regulation of this process is similar to the general merger process regulation). This thesis is divided into eight main chapters. In the first chapter current regulation and its historical development are outlined. The aim of the second chapter is to compare the incentives which lead to mergers between parent companies and subsidiaries and the incentives which lead to the other mergers. Of course, both partly overlap. However, there exist some differences, which are described in this chapter. Chapter three deals with the mergers between parent and subsidiary joint stock companies. The creation of and decision-making by the statutory and controlling bodies of state-owned entities in connection with the enforcement of state goals

v anglickém jazyce This thesis focuses on the topic of creation of and decision-making by the statutory and controlling bodies of state-owned entities. Its main goal is to analyze the methods by which the law responds (or should respond) to the consequences resulting from the nature of the state as a legal entity for the creation of and the decision-making processes by the relevant bodies. With respect to the topic of this thesis, these specifics include the use of the state- owned entities to achieve certain public goals and the greater significance of the so- called principal agent problem (i.e., the separation of ownership and governance problem). The thesis starts by definitions and descriptions of the above-mentioned specifics, including the consequences these lead to. On the basis of such introduction, the author then analyzes the possible ways to regulate the nomination processes with respect to the statutory and controlling bodies. The nomination process is a process the outcome of which is the determination of the person to be elected or appointed into the respective body of the state-owned entity. Incereased attention is granted to structure and realization Content Management System (CMS). Resources for realization CMS are detailed. Hight attention was given to content administration with adjustment from view of individual CMS users demands. In the end the work describes several common administrator stasks.
