Application of Financial Analysis in a Company

This thesis deals with the evaluation of the financial situation of the PNEU PLUS s.r.o. company in years 2006 - 2009. Through use of selected methods and indicators, a financial analysis has been carried out, and on its basis concrete measures have been proposed to improve the current financial situation.

This thesis addresses the design documentation for Guest House in Uherský Ostroh at street Dlouhá 249. The building is designed to accommodate up to 48 guests, which is available restaurant. The restaurant has a capacity of sixty people, the kitchen is expected to serving 200 meals per day. The proposed facility is located in the plane is no basement and has two floors. The building is covered with a gable roof in part, in part walkable flat roof.
Family House

The subject of the thesis is a new family house for a family of four to five located in the Hustopeče village and its surroundings in the Olomouc region. This house is designed as a brick wall system jacketed from the HELUZ system, ceilings are designed by HELUZ supporting ceiling panels. The roof structure is made of wooden trusses which stability is ensured by the bracing. The building has two floors, without a basement, covered with sloped gable roof with an angle of 32 degrees. The building is located on a flat terrain on the property without the previous development.

Literal research in the field of safety of work in building industry was conducted in the framework of this bachelor thesis. The thesis describes basics of safety and health protection at work. It contains basic procedures that, if they are respected, should minimize the probability of situations which are dangerous for the health of employees's health. The practical part of the thesis is devoted to the identification of risks at a workplace and the categorization of a selected working position in the company SWIETELSKY stavební s.r.o. It also contains the economic analysis of the implementation of safety and health protection including the personal protection working accessories.
Small and Medium-sized Enterprises in the Information Economy - Impact of ICT on their Competitiveness

This thesis deals with the influence of ICT on the competitiveness of small and medium-sized enterprises in the information economy. The first part of thesis defines the information society in general and explains the basic terminology related to information, the information science and the information economy. The next chapter is the analysis of the importance of SMEs in the Czech republic, which follows the chapter about information and communications technologies in business. The conclusion concentrates on describing electronic commerce (e-commerce) and Internet business models, the emphasis is mainly on the model of business-to-business (B2B) which allows you to increase competitiveness and helps to achieve better business results for small and medium enterprises was due to increased influence to ICT.
