Printed photoelectrochemical UV sensor
Vrbková, Kateřina ; Syrový, Tomáš (referee) ; Dzik, Petr (advisor)
This paper deals with the sensors, designed for ultraviolet light detection. There are many options in UV sensors construction. But in any case, there is a semiconducter used as a sensitive component. The most common photocatalyst is titanium dioxide. In electronic it is mainly used due to its suitable physical and chemical properties and good chemical stability. The aim of the work is preparation of gel electrolyte, which can close the electrical circuit between cathodic and anodic compartment and allows the passage of electrons. The hole first chapter is divoted to methods of UV sensors production, including electrochemical method on which is based our sensor.
Sensor of food packaging environment quality
Dobiáš, Vojtěch ; Syrový, Tomáš (referee) ; Veselá, Mária (advisor)
The aim of this study was to prepare thin polymer layers able to give a color change response to oxygen. Thin layers were prepared with different polymers and dyes. The rate of photocatalytic reduction of a dye and the rate of the color change response to oxygen were studied. To verify oxygen sensitivity of a prepared layer, oxygen absorbers were used to create anaerobic conditions. The effect of visible light irradiation on a prepared layer was examined as well. Influence of glycerol content on the kinetics of the photocatalytic reduction and the color change response was studied. Considering both reactions, the glycerol content of 1 % was found to be the most suitable. Methylene blue in prepared layer was reduced 48 s after previous UVA irradiation with intensity of 0,1 mWcm-2. The color change response to oxygen is readily distinguished by the naked eye within 20 minutes.

Optimization of multilayer structures for organic electronics
Paruzel, Bartosz ; Pfleger, Jiří (advisor) ; Kalvoda, Ladislav (referee) ; Syrový, Tomáš (referee)
Organic electronic devices such as organic field effect transistors (OFETs), light- emitting diodes (OLEDs), resistive memory elements or organic solar cells have attracted an increasing attention in recent years due to the vision of a low-cost and large-scale production of printable electronics. Many papers published during the last decade focused on the intrinsic properties of organic conductors, semiconductors and dielectric materials. Since most of the devices consist of multilayer structures the mutual influence of the processes that take place in the particular layers are important for the functionality of the whole device. This work is aimed to contribute to the characterization and understanding of the mutual interactions of individual layers in the multilayer structures of organic devices. The main achievements of this work can be listed as: (i) Optimization of the thermal stability and dielectric properties of cyanoethylated polyvinylalcohol (CEPVA) high-k dielectric by the crosslinking reaction with the low molecular weight materials or mixing with a high Tg polymer. (ii) Finding possible phenomena in the CEPVA polymer dielectric that influence the charge carrier transport in the OFET active channel made of bis(triisopropylsilylethynyl) pentacene organic semiconductor, using a...

Výsledek provedeného rozboru by měl vyústit v některá doporučení ke zvýšení efektivity trestu podmíněno odsouzení. Práce je členěna do osmi kapitol. V podstatě podmíněného odsouzení a výhodách podmíněného odsouzení oproti nepodmíněnému trestu odnětí svobody.

Appropriate methods of managing web projects
Syrový, Tomáš ; Chocholatý, Drahomír (advisor) ; Buchalcevová, Alena (referee)
The thesis deals with the issue of internet product and internet project. It describes internet product, its specific properties, objectives and environment. It concentrates on dividing internet product into individual types according to requirements and deals with applicability of ready-made solutions. The thesis also deals with the complexity of the definition of internet project and viewing of the concepts of internet product and internet project by the public. On the basis of a questionnaire survey and a definition of a classic project, the thesis is trying to create own definition of internet project. In the next part of the thesis, the life cycle of internet product is described. This cycle is divided into four recurrent phases and clarifies each of them. Further, it provides a definition of roles connected with internet product. The development phase of internet product is described in more detail. It deals with the technological environment and architecture influencing this phase. In general, the thesis deals with methodology, its applicability for development and provides a list with short descriptions of several methods. At the end of the thesis there is a decision tree and decision tables which help to choose the right methodology for a particular type of internet product with regard to the number of people in the development team.
