Web social networks and galleries as the support of building career of individual in the field of the art photography

The master thesis is focused on recent inosculation of photography and modern information technologies and also on a daptation of photography to current trends in communication. Special emphasis is set on fine-art photography. Besides delimitation of problem the first part of the text is dedicated to foundation and history of photography where the author refers to dramatic changes that had taken place in the early beginnings. The second part is dealing with contemporary phenomenon - social networks and their moving into the virtual space of the Internet during last decade. The author aims on key aspects of social networks which have a significant influence when in combination with photography. The next part shortly deals with problems of copyright that show up in relation to digital photography. Part of text is devoted analysis of several selected systems specialized in fine-art photography publishing and eventually their selling. The author describes their significant attributes, principles on which they are based and mentions differences among each other. The fundamental part of the document is focused on practical view of interconnection between fine-art photography and digital information technologies whereas the ideas relates to pieces of knowledge gained from several selected and interviewed...

Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou současného vývoje výpočetní techniky určené k implementaci do nervové soustavy člověka a jejímu přímému ovlivňování. Dokument se snaží přiblížit současné možnosti těchto zařízení a snaží se na základě toho pojednat o problematických otázkách, které postupem času nabývají na významu. Jedná se především o narušení soukromí jednotlivce a jeho přímé či nepřímé ovládání. Důraz je též kladen na pravděpodobné změny, které technický pokrok přináší a možnosti jejich řešení. Závěrečná část se věnuje konkrétním možnostem budoucího vývoje do roku 2030.
Methods of information searching on the internet of the first and the second generation

The thesis aims on methods and strategies usable for information retrieval on the internet as we know it today and points at how the requirements on knowledge of end-user and abilities to use different information sources have been changing; in other words it points the increasing demands on information literacy. The document is divided into three parts. The first one briefly provides an introduction to strategies of information retrieval. The second part deals on theoretic basis with tools and information sources for searching on the both surface and deep web. The author also focuses on social web and its special attributes from the searcher's point of view. The third part represents a practical utilization of knowledge from previous parts. Practical part demonstrates on model examples a nature and kind of information we can retrieve from particular resources.
Market analysis of CPM tools for financial consolidation

This thesis is devoted to market with Corporate performance management (CPM) tools. Due to the fact that the area of CPM tools is extensive, the thesis is focused mainly on financial consolidation. One of the goals of this thesis is to describe process of financial consolidation. There are used various consolidation tools today. Therefore, another goal of this thesis is to describe categories of tools and their basic characteristics.. The goals mentioned above are achieved by examining the available recourses and their subsequent connection to the desired whole which describes the consolidation process and categories of tools. The first part addresses the financial consolidation process, followed by commented research of sources, after which there is the part devoted to possible requirements for consolidation tools. The source of requirements is quoted literature and the own experience from the real project. The second part of this thesis is devoted to practical example in which the criteria for evaluation of consolidation tools are defined. There are evaluated two tools -- tool based on MS Excel and CPM tool Oracle Hyperion. The defined criteria are used to describe the difference between tools and to make overall evaluation. The output of this thesis is set of criteria under which are possible to evaluate tools. Another output of the thesis is performed analysis on selected tools. The main contribution of this thesis is created criteria and the process of creation of weights, followed by demonstration of the use of practical example. The criteria are based on the consolidation process and requirements described in theoretical part of the thesis.
HR Benchmarking and measurement of human resources management effectiveness

The theoretical part desribes some of the main concepts used in assessing human resources effectiveness especially those from the last decade written in anglo-saxon countries. There are three goals of the analytical part: comparison of the human resource management indices with international benchmarks, testing of stated hypotheses defined in cooperation with top management of the chosen company and determination of key human resources indices. Comparison and analysis are main methods used in the thesis. Beside partial recommendations there are two main indices proposed at the end to help top management to achieve goals of the business strategy.
